I’D LIKE TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND Y’ALL THIS HOTEL WITH PERFECT LOCATION ! :D <Location> It's is really nearby Pub street and main square of Siem Reap. WAY TO HOTEL AND THIS HOTEL WAS SUPER SAFE (We were only two girls and not having problem even we walked at 3 am), quiet, and every staffs was kind indeed! :D Around the hotel's area, there are many shops, supermarkets, and delicious restaurants! So whenever get hungry, you can grab some foods. <Breakfast> First day of staying, my Chinese friend and I wanted to try traditional Cambodian cuisine providing hotel’s breakfast and the taste was amazing with reasonable price tho ! <Room & View> We actually got really big room with clean bathroom so there was enough space to put friend's 30 inches luggages and mine also. My room was very clean, lots of interesting TV programs and SUPER COOL A/C ! Plus, scenery of Siem Reap from the room and corridor was just lit !! Moreover, I really liked the swimming pool and the garden on the lobby was so great with lotus flower and beautiful tropical trees ! <Staffs> They were really kind and generous tho. From the first time we arrived, we got so tired with 24hrs flight because my friend was from China and I departed from Korea. While we were checking in, they served us perfect welcome drinks and made us feel really comfy. Moreover, whenever we asked for help like tuktuk, taxi, some questions so what, they helped us no matter what happens :)) We do appreciate all the time for sure !

Clean, fresh, comfortable bed, nice big room. Great location. Quiet. The fish amok was delicious. The staff went out of their way to be friendly (it was almost unnerving at times) and very helpful. The prices for tourist things (like a driver to the temples) were very fair and the ease of it all made our trip wonderful.

The dinner we had was absolutely lovely but breakfast was not good. A few slices of ginger in a big teapot is not ‘ginger tea’ and the rice was bland, western food plain too, not much fruit. Glad we didn’t pay to include it in our stay. Also ‘private terrace’ just means a couple of chairs outside your room.

Beautiful property. The walk to the room was very nice with beautiful natural scenery. The room was comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous wall of hand painted art. Not a single mosquito in the room. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The lobby restaurant is very convenient, tasty, and reasonably priced. The staff were all super friendly. Easy walk to Pub Street central area.

Oh my! Where do I start? From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with so much love! The staff were amazing. I stayed there for 10 days and it felt like home. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and everything was just a walking distance away from the hotel (Cafes, Restaurants, Pub Street, Markets). Swimming pool was clean and the food was good (chicken nuggets were my fav!). Whenever I needed something, everyone was ready to assist. Every day I was greeted with good vibes and all smiles. I will definitely stay here again! Trust me, 10 days without a single complain is good enough to convince all of you on how great this place is. Lotsa love to the staff and I miss you all already! The hotel exceeded our expectations way more than we thought. We can only highly recommend this hotel. You are greeted with a welcome drink and you immediately feel at home. the location is super central. The hotel complex was super nice and modern and comfortable, a real oasis of well-being! We are people who pay a lot of attention to good design. And this hotel has a super clean design line. This also includes the proper pool area, where you can end your day after visiting the temple. The owner leaves nothing to be desired, it was the best hotel of our entire Southeast Asia trip, we will definitely come back! Thank you Veasna for the time here!

The place is 5 mins walk away from 7/11, and same distance to the pub street, where bars and restaurants are located in. I enjoyed a peaceful sleep as the surrounding area is safe, quiet and peaceful all the time. The owner was kind enough to give me a teapot of lemon grass tea for my sore throat. I enjoyed their hospitality. The bedding was crystal clean, the towels were newly washed. Everything was clean and new in the room. It was good to open the window in the morning and enjoy the peaceful environment. The staff was professional and smiley all the time. Great place to stay, I was impressed and satisfied with the greenness and the quality of the facility.

Very pleasant stay! They welcomed me with a cold drink and a banana plate. The staff speaks fluent English and very professional. The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was huge and comfy. I'm impressed with the greenness of the facility, lots of plants around the garden. TV has cable with lots of channels. Swimming pool was large. Very quiet environment. No stains on the bed nor the door or the walls. The room has a small fridge, complimentary water and coffee/tea. I had a great sleep. Wifi is very fast. The staff were very friendly. Very clean rooms. The aircon is brand new and works great. I stayed at room 17, 1 Double Room with Garden View. I extended my stay for two more nights. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about it! The location is perfect; steps to shopping, food massage, and close to the temples and the circus. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. The staff is absolutely amazing. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. By the time we left we felt like family. We especially appreciated the sustainability factor from the refillable water bottles and shampoo and soap to planting a tree in the nearby village. Every staff member there goes above and beyond, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Bunny who catered to our every need. He truly cares about not only the environment, but Cambodia and its people. I’ve never met a more sincere and compassionate human being. He loves his country and it’s people and is fulfilling his mission to give back to the community in so many ways. I was honored to be a part of that, even if only for a week. This place, these people and their passion will truly leave an imprint on your heart. An unforgettable stay.

Just opened with new owners and quality renovations. Free pick up. Quiet location...5 minute walk from Old Market and Pub Street. Relaxing walk along the SR River. Bike rentals around the corner. Owners very nature oriented, which is great to see in Cambodia...planting trees for guests. Smallish pool, but very adequate and well furnished. Good breakfast choices and lunch and dinners also available.

Nothing really. As newly opened, management is working hard to integrate staff and build an hospitable team.

We initially booked a room with two single beds, but once we arrived, we asked to change to a double bed room. They were very kind and arranged a new room for us, without charging extra. We even had to stay longer than expected because of a visa problem and they were extremely helpful and kind. The manager does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. He even involves the local community by training young people and working with surrounding businesses and tuktuk drivers. Even if you make use of their activities and offers paying for everything at the hotel, you can be guaranteed that the money goes 100% back to the service providers (massage, tuktuk, entry fees). Also the hotel is located very centrally (5min walking to pub street) but it's still peaceful and quiet. BTW every afternoon they offer a free buffet with tee and appetizers (we didn't know that when we booked) and at your arrival you will get a very nice refreshing drink and some fruits with a cold towel. They really pay attention to every little detail. We loved to stay here! Thank you so much for making us feel like at home.

We were a bit disappointed with the continental breakfast, so we decided to have breakfast at one of the many other places in the area. But they also have other breakfast choices such as local and American. And the lunch was very tasty and also the coffee, smoothies and juices etc.
