Check-in was excellent. The staff at the reception was amiable, and we were checked in immediately upon arrival. The room was large enough, and cleaning was done every day. The beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The lady who served breakfast was also delightful. Everything was very close on foot.

From our room, we saw a narrow alley on the wall of the house next door. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the shower is only on a water pipe; it cannot be adjusted for comfortable showering. The water was leaking out of the tub onto the bathroom floor and across the bathroom into the drain. In the room, there were very often noises from neighboring rooms.

The location it’s just perfect , everything is around 1 km, big clean rooms and amazing staff… a big thank you to SREY ROTH the hotel receptionist she was super helpful and very polite and hospitable…

They dint have hot water for shower that was the only thing I would want them to add , other than that expect a very comfortable stay …

Really good value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, hoping just to drop off our bags, but the fabulous staff organised our room to be ready. Lovely light breakfast included and the location was good for walking around town and river area.
