Super friendly staff. They were absolutely great. Room was super clean and loved the old wooden floors and interior. It was quite large and the bed was comfy.

Wifi was really not great especially when many people used it together. Often we had to move to the lobby to get a decent connection. (Western) breakfast could also be improved. Both should be pretty easy to fix, so the hotel has lots of potential.

The room was characterful, with I think teak panelling and flooring and some other Cambodian touches. There was a bathtub and the water was good and hot. Service was extremely friendly and genuine. There are lots of friendly little cafes and restaurants on the same street, and the town centre is only a ten-minute walk away.

The pool was nice but not really big enough for swimming.

Truly exceptional service with very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Though the property itself might be considered 3-star, the service was very much 5-star. Good location that was handy enough to the old market district and bright lights of the pub street but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

Slightly dated decor

A great value for the price in a great location for the tourist; very helpful and gracious staff able to arrange all that your tourist heart may desire. Great little pool and great ambiance. As an older person, one regrets the incapability of the younger crowd to engage in conversation nor exhibit any interest in learning from the more experienced travellers. We despair for them.

Staff here were extremely nice and helpful. Each staff member we spoke to was so friendly and kind. The pool was very nice but in the lobby so not much privacy. Very good location and about 12 minute walk from Pub Street. Good restaurants and cafes nearby too. Walking distance everywhere.

Slightly outdated and could do with a renovation.

Staff very friendly and helpful, they arranged the car to airport with very good price. They even allowed us to shower in room before leaving to flight. The location is the best especially very quiet and relaxing.

WiFi sometime not stable but after they complain they already fixed it.

Stayed for one night on 28th November and ended up extending for three more nights to participate in the marathon. The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. The staff were very accommodating, making the extension process super easy. The pool was nice for relaxing after the race. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

Really liked it here . Even though you are in town, the street is pretty calm. Staff was super helpful and nice, as our flight to Siem Reap was delayed by 3 hours we arrived just arround 11.30 in the night, but we still got a Pick Up, and the staff took care of everything (and that last minute) The Tuktuk driver who picked us up was super nice, so that we went with him for the Grand Tour im Angkor and he brought us back to the airport. (All was organised by the hotel) Also had the possibility to rent bicylces. The room had a little balcony and the Pool was perfect to refresh after a long day in the sun. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff of the hotel was outstandingly courteous, helpful and friendly. Very remarkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel (on the opposite side of the street) serves delicious food and even there was the staff extremly friendly and courteous. Thanks for an awesome stay.

I like the staff and the atmosphere here.. the hotel is dated but you can tell how gorgeous the wood throughout would have looked in its heyday.. the vibe and crew here are all amazing 🤩
