Beautiful building and ideally situated to explore the city of Angkor and its numerous temples. The staff was very friendly, the room was really beautiful and well decorated, the swimming pool very relaxing. I did a spa treatment which was also very good.

We initially booked a room for 5 (2 adults and 3kids) and had only 3 beds when we arrived (1 double and 2 single) despite booking the family room. They initially wanted us pay extra for the single bed missing, despite our reservation. After a bit of discussion we finally got it… We were also supposed to have pool view but instead we faced the hotel entrance. Not a big deal if it hadn’t been for the karaoke restaurants around, which were quite loud in the evenings. Overall these where minor inconveniences and we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everything good. Special mention the staff were excellent. Friendly extremely helpful. Special mention for Mr Tam ( sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly) who was exceptional. He fixed everything for us from the moment we arrived right up to leaving us up to the airport. I sincerely hope you and your family have a great life. The driver who took us to the temples was also great. Really sorry for not remembering your name but you were great. Excellent hotel great value for money and we wish it great success

We loved every aspect of this hotel. It’s a beautiful property that is very well maintained. Entire staff was outstanding . They were friendly, courteous, helpful and overall very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay there was comfortable. We booked our tours through them which turned out to be a great experience- not only we were able to cover a lot of places at a comfortable pace but the little touches the driver provided - cool towels to clean our faces (because it was crazy hot) and cold water to drink. We felt very refreshed and not as tired because of this. The food in their restaurant was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. We used the spa services including massages and sauna/steam rooms. We stayed at this hotel only two days but had a wonderful time. If we go back to Siem Reap again we will stay at this place for sure!

Very beautiful hotel, with a renovated design, very beautiful lobby, and rooms design. Location of the hotel is strategically close to both Angkor temples and city Old market. Massage in the spa was superb, access to sauna every day. We are vegan and chef cooked for us every morning a separate dish🙏. We are very grateful for this. Receptionists and hotel manager were super helpful and managed to secure for us rooms during NY period, as the booking showed no spare rooms and upgraded category during of rooms during last nights in the hotel.

The street is rather unsightly and scary to walk in the evening)). When someone smoked at the swimming pool area, smell was everywhere because of absence of wind and air circulation in the pool area

We had a cabana room right off of the pool and it was great! The room was very spacious with a separate room for sink and bathtub and another small separate room for the shower and toilet. The pool area was gorgeous. The whole hotel was decorated beautifully. The food was great in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the Angkor Wat Temples, easy to get to in a tuk tuk. Would love to come back to this little oasis of a hotel and highly recommend.

Loved the staff, so attentive and supportive on each step Room was lovely and enjoyed the sun bed next to my door and just few steps from pool. The swimming pool relaxation area really helped to chill after full day of sightseeing Good food in restaurant including breakfast Gym small but modern and sufficiently equipped I actually liked location- on first glance the narrow street didn’t look promising but was actually calm, and totally safe, and in walking distance to historical Center. While being slightly distanced from Center (10’ walk) you could still take a walk or pay like 2$ to get to Center while there were no disturbing noises in the evening from street or bars helping to relax

Maybe restaurant decorations could be upgraded as they’re a bit basic now. Although flavours served there are much better than basic and that’s what really counts

Very attentive and friendly staff- was a very calm and beautiful hotel- clean and comfortable- I wanted for nothing.

Nothing- but I want to address what I read in other reviews where people were dissatisfied with the “distance” from downtown- it’s only a $3/7 minute tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street/Markets and bars- much better for the quieter ambiance than the hustle of downtown, which can be noisy.

The breakfast was a buffet style, unfortunately they allowed guests to use their hands to pick up and slice crusty bread and handle cheese, the tea was very weak and no hot water for guests to access for their own tea. No other tea available. The menu in the dining room was very limited with Khmer food selection, mainly western and the meal at dinner time was very ordinary

The menu in the dining room was mainly western, there very poor selection of channels on the TV, there was no local store near by to buy supplies of drinks etc. When I booked the room it included 2 way pickup from the airport, when I arrived I was charged for pick up as the new airport is further away from the town now, and was to be charged the return journey, when I questioned them about this, the manager said I would not be charged, but I was charged for the pickup from the Sofitel Angor which is 1.5km away from the hotel which coat me $45.00. So I did not receive my FREE pick up as part of my room cost, very disappointing. The street map they supplied for us to walk around Siem Reap was very poor quality

I stayed at Saem Siemreap 10 years ago and because of positive experience, decided to stay there again and I am so happy I did. The room was spacious, clean, and beds comfortable. The staff and service were fantastic, they organised transportation to and from the airport, a tuk tuk for a city tour and a car for our tour to Angkor. All staff were professional. Location is not in the 'city centre', but you are only a quick 5-10 minute tuk tuk or Grab away. This means you have a quiter experience.

We loved this place from the moment our lovely driver picked us up from the airport. The cool Lemongrass towels and water was a welcomed retreat after a long travel day. The Hotel is just gorgeous with a lovely authentic Cambodian feel. The cleanliness is top shelf. The rooms and pool were perfect. Buffet Breakfast was excellent. The staff were sensational 🤩
