Staff are one of the best assets of Sokha Angkor hotel, especially Chet at breakfast, who was friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Also Ms Davy on the reception desk. Very pleasant and most welcoming, and remembered our names from day one. The pool area is gorgeous! Our room was huge, with the biggest bed we've ever seen in a hotel room! Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety to pick from. The location is perfect.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Sokha Angkor and love it before and loved it this trip. I'm bike touring SE Asia and decided after staying here in Feb 2020, to stay here again. The hotel is just outstanding. The entire staff, reception, people greeting on arrival, housekeeping staff, breakfast staff, bar staff..just outstanding service and so very nice to talk to. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel I've traveled all over the world and would put this hotel right up with any 5 star hotel in the world. Great place to call home for 4 nights.

The hotel location, pool, spa and team were excellent. The pool is magnificent, the bed was comfortable and the room tasteful. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. My server Chet had my coffee on the table before I could sit down. Finally, the location was within walking distance to the former French quarter. It was a very good stay.

Dislike? Nothing.

An excellent base for visiting Siem Reap (Angkor, Koh Ker, Tonle Sap). Beautiful property. Comfortable and quiet room. Great location, within a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to restaurants, and very close to the Angkor National Museum. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast.

Lighting in both the sleeping area and the bathroom were somewhat dim. Lighting should be improved.

Great hotel with the lovely pool area and spacious room. The lunch menu at French restaurant is really good. Strongly recommend Khmer massage at the Spa!

The shower door wasn’t tight enough - always resulted in big water spillage on the floor. The food at the Japanese restaurant fell below expected standards and was quite disappointing: there were mix-ups in the orders, the flavors were bland, and the fish was served nearly frozen.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We checked in late since our flight arrived at 8:30pm and the receptionist greeted us with a smile and to our surprise he upgraded our room to club suite which made our stay even more memorable and fantastic . everyone was very friendly and welcoming. the pool was great and the Lobby is very beautiful.

everything was perfect..

I had an amazing stay here over New Years Eve. The room was perfect with views over the pool, amazing breakfast and great staff, especially Chet in the bar who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in Siam Reap.

Comfortable rooms. Excellent location, very close to the Angkor National Museum and a 20-minute walk or 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from a wide range of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Good spa.

My room as a bit dark; lighting could b improved

Location. Lovely pool with towels. Good breakfast. Nice helpfull staff. Clean rooms. Nice bedding. Big balcony with nice furniture.

Very hard mattress, not to my liking. Tv was dated with limited choice. The hotel was nice but a little dated and tired.
