We were really happy with our choice 🤗 Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff will make up bed every day and tou get new coffee and water. Fridge, water cooker, and everything else clean and ready to be used. We booked a 2 day Angkor Wat tour with them (meaning: they provided us with a good driver, drinks, lunch packages the first day when we got up at 4h and an awesome itinerary recommendation...it was just perfect 🥰). Staff is friendly and helpful....anything you need (also did our laundry via them - prefect). They speak very good English and German,Italian and a little bit French as well (at least some of them do). We highly recommend 👌🏼

we’ve been traveling Asia extensively and this has to be the best place we’ve stayed at. the owners and staff look after you as if you were part of their family. I’ve never experienced such atmosphere in all my travels. Hotel is extremely clean, swimming pool is lovely, and if you need anything, the staff will get it for you straight away. Mr Sam so also speaks German Italian and French which is impressive in its own right already!!! he has to be one of the most altruistic person I’ve met in my travels and a very humble human being. he’s also an official tour guide and I’ve never met someone so passionate about his country history. i can guarantee you’ll have the best experience with him as your tour guide. I would recommend messaging the property when you’re booking the room to check if he’s available. Covid has been very hard on tourism and it’s a great feeling to be able to help families with us being back touring their beautiful country. would stay again 100% and can guarantee this will be an amazing experience for whoever stays here!

Breakfast simple but good staff were outstanding room large and very clean location in an up and coming part of town with lots of bistro bars and cafes excellent value for money will be going back

It was located down a dark unlit lane with a lot of potholes but not a serious problem

Excellent manager and staff, especially Ti. Helpful in collating and providing local information and arranging booking for local tours.

The toilet door was not shutting properly

- I enjoyed my stay here - Although down a dirt road it is located in a nice area of Siem Reap - Room was lovely, had a free upgrade as well - Room was big - Shower was good

- Located down a dirt road, which wasn’t the most fun going down each day - Pool looked a little dirty on the last day so I didn’t use it - Daily make up of the room is just making the beds and is not a clean

I liked everything. The pool was amazing, and the rooms were perfect. It was also very quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed the silence there. The staff were all super friendly and respectful. I loved staying there!

Amazing! Quiet location, very nice room with everything you need. Warm & Welcoming owners and staff. They help you with everything they can for reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend! Just perfect!

The continental breakfast is ok but we would rather like a local breakfast but that is our preference.

The room was brilliant! The WiFi was great! I am working online teaching so I had no issues with the video calls!

The area was a bit hard to get to due to the road (it was flooded) but the Tuk Tuk made it there!

Staff was great. Room size was nice.

Breakfast was pretty basic. The fridge had not been turned on for a while and smelled bad when we opened the door. Had to disinfect it before using it.

We had a very pleasant stay. Great location, quiet room and very helpful people.

Internet was a bit unreliable for demanding working needs, but overall ok, I managed to do some work.
