Exceptional service. Kind, friendly, attentive, welcoming, intelligent. Rooms were also excellent and clean. A hugely hospitable atmosphere that simply can’t be felt at larger establishments. The owner should be proud.

Only occasional problem was that the Wi-fi would sometimes drop. Was never a major issue.

The hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The  room is spacious and very clean and the bed  comfy. The breakfast you can choose from a menu is good in quality and quantity. I felt like at home and would have liked to stay longer. I did all my tours with the tuk tuk driver Sot, who is in front of the hotel. He is the best driver I ever had in Siem Reap. He is a very honest and reliable person who really takes care of you. He knows everything and speaks good English. His prices are reasonable.

The only negative point is that in the afternoon when all guests are coming back from their tours the swimming pool was packed and there were not enough deck chairs available

Great welcome from the bubbly enthusiastic young staff, who really did go the extra mile to be helpful. The room was enormous and the balcony had a nice view over the pool area. The bathroom and separate toilet were clean and good shampoo products provided in reuseable containers. The toilet had the largest seat I have ever sat on!! The fridge was a bonus. The room safe was useful Breakfast was served next to the scrupulously clean pool, reception & dinning area. Pool water was clean, warm and inviting after Anchor Watting all day. We fortunately had the knowledgeable Mr Chea Tuktuk driver from the previous hotel and he looked after us for all six days of our stay in Siem Reap. He's on Whattsapp +855 77 276008. Location excellent, on a quiet road about 10-15 mins walk to the riverside streetfoods, markets and pub street.

No chair inside the room so I bought in the veranda set but these were wet. Some drawers would have been very usefull as would a cupboard.

Everything. We were greeted and given a lovely tea, dessert and warm towel. They helped us quickly book a cooking class and arrange a tuktuk to pick us up. They allowed us to charge it to our room. They were so kind and attentive to us. The location was several blocks from downtown where we could take a quick tuktuk or walk about 15 minutes. The room was simple and clean. So comfortable bed and air worked great. The pool was beautiful and towels were available to use quickly. I would love to come back again with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel. The value and comfort was great.

Great location, close to the central area but far enough away to avoid late night noise from pub street. Staff were great and the breakfast choices are good. Small well maintained swimming pool which was nice for cooling off in the afternoon. The hotel is quite new and is a small paradise, one of the best small reasonably priced hotels in the down town area with plenty of places to eat or drink close by. Only ten minutes walk to the Siem Reap old market and Pub Street.

More hooks to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom would be useful.

Great hotel at walking distance from city center! Nice, spacious and clean hotel room. Great swimming pool which was priceless because of the hot weather.

(1) We booked a temple tour via the hotel incl English guide. The guide’s language skills were insufficient and she was more showing the walking route than actually providing context / telling stories. (2) Hotel made us pay $6 for breaking the “do not disturb” door sign. Sign was made of thin wood and simply came between the door. We did not expect this when we honestly shared this at the reception to prevent the next guest is confronted with this. We were surprised by this request and did not want to make it a discussion and thus simply paid the compensation.

The hotel was absolutely top, the design was so cool, it was clean, and the staff was supernice. They helped with anything needed- with the room, tour organization, taxi to phnom penh. The location was very convenient to get anywhere you need by foot, but also it was vey quiet around, not in the rush of pub street. The breakfast was amazing, very good food and offer, and its really huge. The infinity pool is nice to swim during the day and evening, wow. And Iam still excited from the whole hotel design-top!!

We had a fantastic stay here and bit of a “break” from backpacking about. The room is big, very modern and comfy. We loved the robes they provided! There is a big TV in room, a fridge with a mini bar and a great size balcony. The bathroom is also very modern. Their pool area is great too, quiet when we stayed. We also enjoyed many meals from their restaurant and enjoyed our breakfast every day. Staff are so friendly and helpful

The hotel was overall exceptional, especially for such a new hotel and team. Myself and my partner were lucky to get a very good deal when it first opened. We couldn't have been more impressed. The team are mainly young and seem to take it seriously. It was the first time I had ever tipped the cleaners as well as the front of house staff. Absolutely brilliant! The staff were extremely attentive, I was highly impressed that the cleaner organised my belongings. Such things are unheard of. Everyday they came, smiles on their faces. They even let us stay poolside all day after check out as we had to wait a very long time for a night bus. The hotel will help you however possible. It deserves all the highest ratings possible.🙂 11 days we shall not forget.

The one issue (and this is me being picky), is that the WiFi struggled in the evenings, particularly when the hotel was full.

20/10 would definitely stay here again. The complimentary tuk tuk from the airport made everything so easy. The staff are wonderfully polite. Our room was even decorated for our honey moon. The grounds are stunning, you feel like you are in a little oasis. Breakfast is not a buffet, so it’s served hot and fresh in order. If you have a sunrise tour they will pack you a to-go box which is a very nice touch. The rooms are clean, spacious and come with all your needed amenities.

You will need to get used to the fact that your AC is only on while you’re in your room so it will take a little to cool down.
