We did not take advantage of breakfast during our stay . I chose the motel for its price and location . When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised to find bright , modern furniture and fixtures .

Initially I had booked a single room with a queen sized bed. The room was great , the bed very comfortable ! The following day I upgraded to a room with two double sized beds . Again , the room was great , but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We could feel every bed spring! It is my understanding that the motel was preparing to upgrade those mattresses.

Super friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They had a personally addressed welcome letter in the room upon check in and called the room about 5-10 min after checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Convenient location and clean room.

A little noisy from nearby rooms as the wall is a little thin. I didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine so an instruction would be helpful. No bath tub shower only.

Centro Motel exceeded our expectations! Room were comfortable and super clean. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful. It didn't feel like a motel at all! Everything was perfect inside the room, clean towels that were actually clean, bathrobes, hairdryer. Last but not least they are truly pet friendly, even our dogs approved the stay and were spoiled with clean blankets, treats and even toys and poop bags! Just AMAZING

Vent in the room was very noisy but wasn't an actual problem. The good things about the room definitely outnumbered this only particular.

The property was located right on the road to our next destination so it was easy to find. The staff were excellent and the room though older was clean and well looked after. They did need more electrical outlets closer to the bed for us to charge our phones and tablets especially during the night so our phones would send us our alarm in the morning to wake up. I wasn’t aware there was an upstairs and no elevator so being handicapped made it hard to get up and down even without the weight of our suitcases, however at checkout they made a notation on our records that we would require ground floor on our next stay.

It was cozy, older but clean

We enjoyed staying at Centro Motel. It was our first experience in such a facility, but it was a pleasant one. The room was always cleaned by the time we returned, and the bed was comfortable. I even asked for an electric kettle, and the staff tried to find one for me. Although I ended up not needing it, it was nice that my request was acknowledged.

There is nothing I didn't actually like. The Internet speed was a bit an issue, but I know that they're working on solving it.

I was happy I chose the extra wide bed for only a bit higher cost because it was super comfortable. The room and washroom were very up-to-date, clean and had everything we needed.

having the sink outside the washroom lacked privacy but was not very important since everything else was quite convenient. With the extra wide bed there was not a lot of floor space around it but again this was not an issue for us.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and all the facilities looked new and were modern and up-to-date. The extra wide bed was expecially nice.

Having the sink outisde of the washroom made for a lack of privacy and noise and light insulation when one person is sleeping and the other is not but this was not a big problem for us at all.

Absolutely perfect! 9hr flight and 1hr30 bus ride and opening the door I knew I could relax! The check in staff was extremely helpful and patient when my cards kept being rejected. The room was exactly like the picture, plenty of room, and the towel robes were a nice surprise! The water pressure in the shower was good and there were really cute products to use. The bed was really comfy and had plugs next to it. Was completely baffled that you can get earl gray tea in a capsule form for a coffee machine, asked for a kettle since I brought my own tea bags. There are a few convenient stores around the area and the river is like 5 minutes away, there's an easy walk you can do.

Unsure what the public transport for getting around is like as my friend picked me up the next day...

The facility was so dam clean, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff are over the top, A+. The phone call shortly after we got settled, was a nice touch.

The only thing I didn't like, was the fact I had to stay the next night in the Econo Lodge because it was prepaid. The difference between Centro Motel and Econo Lodge is night and day, Centro being the day part!

comfortable bed and good wifi connection. appreciate the free calling to north America but did not use it. appreciate the personalized note and the courtesy call after we got settled.

Earplugs were a bit off putting. it indicates a noise issue from the road out front. Didn't need to use them but was not expecting to see them.
