Large room, nicely furnished, lots of plugins, very good lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Everything was very clean. Good bed linens and bath linens. Room was very quiet. Everything we had planned for the weekend was within walking distance so we parked the car in the underground parkade on Fri. evening when we arrived and never went near it again until we checked out on Sun. morning.

Cost was about $50-$75 per night more than I like to pay for a hotel room but that seems to be par for the course since Covid, no matter where you go and this hotel is right downtown and a very good central location.

Room is more spacious than I thought and they can arrange connecting room for us which is a surprise for us. Furniture are very clean. I have a habit to clean desk, table with alcohol before taking out my belongings. The tissue is so white and clean that even after cleaning. Many sockets for adapter. I love the gym room. Concierge worked extra miles to reserve table for us despite the restaurant keep asking for credit card number but concierge turned them down😊

Nothing everything was perfect

. The check in was out standing... so friendly.. the concierge offered to take the suitcases upstairs while we parked our car in the underground parking. Cucumber lemon water in lobby to refresh you with the summer heat it was sooo good. The room was very clean..large bathroom with 65 inch TV in room which is a nice feature... nice view of Calgary skyline and we had breakfast in the Thompsons restaurant which was soooo good.

Just paying 32.00 to park .a discount rate would of been helpful but still was great having secure underground parking

Breakfast - we were expecting to have a Hyatt quality-level buffet. Instead, we were given a voucher to use in the cafe that is in the same building. Turned out, we should have ordered a "club room" to get the expected breakfast. The drawback was not critical. But I would appreciate it if the booking was clearer about this.

We were there for the Stampede & the hotel was close to the train & all the festivities. We had access to the club lounge & the breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again when in Calgary.

Our first night we had a room by the elevator & the sound kept me awake. We asked to change rooms & they were very accommodating.

The property is on the centre of Calagary City. Its walking distance to any place you want to go and visit, like Calgary Tower, Mall , eat on the strips. The Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. We booked our room via booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel and during registration. My wife mentioned that it is her birthday. The front desk upgraded our room for free! They put us on the 21st floor with 180 views of Calgary Tower and the entire downtown strip. They surprise my wife with a cake too!!! We will definitely come back.

Booked an overnight stay as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and couldn't have been happier with my stay. The staff were very thoughtful. They had a cake and card waiting in our room upon check in to help us celebrate! Room was a corner suite. Super cleanly, spacious, and functional. They had a standing shower and detachable shower head with adjustable water pressure which was a plus. I also liked that the room had a water filtration sink so that I didn't need to leave my room to get bottled water. Beautiful location near Stephen Avenue and vibrant night life. The bar had a dim lit vibe and servers provided fast service and were approachable. Amenities were fantastic, included pool, sauna, workout room that were easily found and accessible. All in all a very positive experience. Will come again in the future!

The room is big with quite modern design. I find the drinking water tap in the bathroom really nice, which shows the hotel's effort in promoting environmental protection. The staff in the check-in area were attentive and responsive.

The wi-fi didn't work in the room for the first night. I told the staff about the problem but it couldn't be solved. I finally needed to go to the lobby to go online on my (Android) phone. (On the other hand, the iPhone my boyfriend uses got perfect wi-fi connection.) Anyway, the internet connection was fine the next night.

We were only in town for a night, and this hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Easy check-in, private parking, super comfy bed, great bathroom (with a view of the Calgary Tower). So clean and well appointed. Sadly, we didn't have time to use the pool/ hot tub, but it was beautifully kept as well. I can't say enough about the breakfast. My husband opted for pancakes (which were the size of a plate), and I went for the tater tot bowl with duck confit, cheese curds, and an egg topped with hollandaise sauce. Perfection. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the Calgary Tower, and there's plenty of nightlife to enjoy in the immediate area. (Pictures are the view from our room & bathroom on the 10th floor)

That we couldn't stay longer!

Location was great, centrally located. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us on our anniversary weekend. They met my request and then some extra to make my wife and I have a special weekend.

The parking lot was full, but that was ok because the public parking garage was right across the street and it was a lot cheaper than the hotel garage. Very secure too. The elevator wait time was longer than expected, but it is a tall building, so not a big deal.
