A kettle and tea bags would have been useful for us Brits! Was given some teabags though and used a saucepan so it was not the end of the world. Also, horrendous queues for checking in due to one member of staff doing everything. She remained calm and friendly under the pressure though.

I stayed there before when it was the Regency Suites. The location is great and the suite is well appointed. There is a great place for lunch just 2 blocks from there, the Tastemarket at SAIT.

The Internet connection was spotty.

Easy to park our hire car and check in. 5 minutes drive to the Thrifty downtown rental. Friendly, professional staff at check in. All the staff we encounted were very polite and friendly. Great size apartment, very clean, spacious with a nice decor. Bed was very large and comfortable. Nice bed linens and fluffly towels in the bathroom. Ordered a breakfast to go at $10 per head which was fresh food and great for us catching a bus to Jasper. Easy checking out. Easy to catch an Uber from to the bus stop. A choice of supermarkets, cafes and eateries close by. Easy walking to downtown. Great stay.

The facility is very nice. The location is so perfect, so close to many shops, centers, restaurants, the Core mall, metro and bus stations. The staff are truly very friendly. The housekeeping is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook our food ourselves. The toilet has bidet! The manager is also so nice, we had to reduce our stay due to an emergency, the manager could still make us pay as our booking was non refundable but he was so nice! Thank you.

Have stayed here twice so that's saying something. Fantastic downtown location within walking distance of so much including the light rail that can take you miles. Also a convenient parking lot, which is not true many places. Only five minutes to Prince's Island and all the many pedestrian bridges and walkways along the Bow River. I can't imagine a more convenient and affordable hotel here.

Though there is no breakfast, there are numerous cafes quite close. I prefer the studio over the 'suite room' which is too similar to a normal bedroom instead of spreading out.

The location of the hotel was just great. It is in a walking distance to a lot of attracions, restaurants and where most of the tours start from. The suite is of a good size with all necessary amentities: the coffee machine there was very much a great addition. The bathroom has a toto washlet. The bed was very comfortable.

The noise from other guests - not responsibility of the hotel - and the bathroom could be a bit bigger, because it is on a smaller/narrower size. The emails could be responded on a timely manner and be related to content asked.

We absolutely loved the suite. We travelled as a family with two adults and 3 teen/adult children. The central location right downtown was perfect for all the things we had planned in the city. Oh and it was pet friendly!

I don't have a lot to say as a negative. This is an older well kept property. The parking wasn't awesome but was adequate. I loved how they even had a small selection of groceries in the lobby. Bacon and eggs!!
