We stay in apartment 402, (the fourth floor is the top floor). A two bed apartment with two bathrooms and combined lounge/diner/kitchen which has a high v-shaped ceiling The dining table had 6 seats but could probably seat 8 people if also using the 2 seater leather storage "trunk". The living room had a pull down Murphy bed which is disguised as a wardrobe when not in use, and was more comfortable than a sofa bed would be. Both showers were excellent. Didn't try the spa bath in the master bedroom's bathroom area. Dishwasher was a welcome bonus. We made good use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice to be able to sit in the balcony and enjoy the cool evening air. The air-conditioning inside the main living room area worked well. I believe swimming pool facilities are included within a nearby block but we didn't use them. About a 12 minute walk to the Rose & Crown following the main highway (could figure out a short cut), we recommend it, serves great pub style food. The quaint town centre is probably a 25 minute walk.

The blinds in the bedrooms only cover the lower half of the windows, so the light of dawn will probably wake you especially if you sleep on the Murphy bed as there is nothing at all in the living room to prevent light coming in.

Comfy beds, complete kitchen utensils, pots pans, towels clean . Big refrigerator. Location perfect.

When requested for a high chair we had to walk outside the bldg and pick up at the front desk. Our unit is the Annex bldg. About 300 steps back n forth 4x trip coz the first time there was no person at the desk ,2nd attempt was succesful. Wish there is a help frm the staff especially if by myself with a toddler. Aircon is not enough for a 2 bedroom unit the temp was a bit warm. It would have been ok if we can open the window but apparently the window handle is loose in the master's bedroom. Good thing it's not summer yet, there's still a breeze going in frm the other windows. The room has a sushi smell upon entry.

The location is great and accessible. The place is clean and it has everything you need. We rented the luxury penthouse, and the views are pretty impressive and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it is perfect for family vacation.

We have to go outside to go to the other building for the swimming pools. It was -20 when we were there. The PRC Annex was called a different building and was harder to find than others. The receptionist gave us a map and was very helpful.

The pool and games room were pretty nice, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy.

We got an hour before the check in time and they said our unit would only be ready at the proper time. We went for a walk in town and we were back at the check in time and it wasn't ready yet. It took 40 minutes to have the unit ready for us. We ended up waiting inside the games room, but it was quite upseting having to wait as we were with small children and elderly people that were tired from the long trip. The receptionist was helpful but they didn't offer any compensation for that delay. Anything extra like bathing robes and cribs have to be paid apart.

Great location! Easily walkable to grocery stores, etc. A couple items needed to be replaced and the housekeeping staff was great and quick. Good value for the price in an area where lodging is very expensive.

Only one full bath and one half bath in the 2 bedroom unit. Two full baths would have been very helpful.

Good location and convenient to stores, grocery stores, or and some restaurants. The view of mountains from the patio was wonderful!

There was no door on bathroom which is in the main bedroom. It was awkward even staying with my family.

The pool/slide was a hit with the kids. Staff was fantastic and great to answer any questions we had and help us with anything we needed

One of the rooms had a strong smoking smell, my assumption from the previous tenants scent that lingered.

Beautiful accommodation-fully stocked kitchen cupboards with all you need for a stay-even a blender! The beds were comfortable and the whirlpool tub was perfect after a long of travelling. We booked the 2 bedroom pet-friendly suite and found it perfect for our needs. The mountains views from the patio were stunning!

Restaurants adjacent were quite pricey so we did not use them. As we had been on the road most of the day and had our dog with us, we chose takeout at one of the preferred restaurants on the accommodation’s merchant list. Too bad the restaurant did not recognize this status and provide the discount indicated on the hotel materials as we chose to eat in our lovely accommodation rather than out for the evening.

location within Canmore is good and Canmore is a lovely town our apartment had a balcony and a bbq and enough room for us all the elevator was handy as we were on the 4th floor beautiful views staff was friendly and helpful the murphy bed was very handy & comfy

bedroom door locks did not work microwave didn't work no door on on-suite bathroom (& the bedroom door lock didn't work):( no AC in master bedroom was a bit of an issue fan in on-suite wasn't working

It had everything we needed plus location is perfect We quite enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sun was shining drinking our cold cocktails

Late 5pm check in but it was ok as the front staff allowed us in the lounge area while we waited
