The king suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a washer and dryer and they even left laundry soap. The balcony was nice as there are no bad views from this building.

The only small complaint I have it the bed was quite worn and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced.

We loved our stay here! It was a surprisingly spacious suite. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering, we cooked the majority of the time and had no problem with the kitchen facilities and utensils provided. Bathroom was great and I loved the massive bath tub. Bed was large and comfy. Great added feature of a balcony which was very sunny on arrival so it was great to have a drink on there with a view. Living room was roomy and comfy. The apartment was very clean. And hotel staff were fantastic, extremely polite and provided extra local info. We loved the use of the included hot tubs and steam rooms, just what is needed after a long day hiking. It is in a fantastic location, Canmore is a great little town and of course 20 mins from Banff. Excellent value. We hope to be back!

Some of the furniture is a bit tired. But honestly it did not matter.

Great location, we stayed in a two bed room suite with 2 couples. It was spacious , clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony and view were amazing. We had massages at the spa and used the hot tubs. We are at the restaurant and it it was soooo good. Our waitress Jade made out visit.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. You can hear every step above. We must have kids above us and it sounded like a herd of elephants. Not great for sleeping in, or napping. Even if you wanted to go to bed early it would be impossible. I would recommend asking for the top floor.

Room was small, but good enough for me - had all I needed UNIT 702B Clean, good bathroom, mini kitchen and very nice hot tubs. Nice parking area. good IV and electric fireplace Wished I could have given a 5 star review, but...(see below)

Decision makers and managers need to try to sleep in that bed for a night...I guarantee they will get that bed changed out ....it is about 20 inches off the ground and the mattress is totally punched out - it needs seriously to go to the closest dumpster. A higher bed you do not fall down into to get in and a nice pillow top mattress is desperately needed. Also, a thermosat is needed to coo the room off - it is set way to high for sleeping - could not see a way to control that. Fix these things and I would give you a 5 star review. All travellers look for a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed - this one has to go ! If so, I will be back many more times.

Property in a very scenic area, beautiful views over the mountains from our balcony, room layout very good with decent amenities, lovely Asian inspired restaurant serving fab food onsite. Bed had nice clean linen. Had hot tubs with great views. Very close to the stunning Bow River Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t like that one room ( in two bed suite ) had only a bath, Lounge furniture was very tatty, brown chair heavily peeled ( needs to be thrown ) , bed had quite a thin uncomfortable mattress and quite hard. Apartments are a way out of town but we knew that anyway and there are some beautiful walks close by.

Exceptional accommodation that surprised our expectations. Although the accommodation was one of the cheapest on our trip, I consider it the best. Our room was very spacious, complete with a small front garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. We had the advantage of two bathrooms, one furnished with a bathtub and the other with a classic shower. The kitchen was very well appointed and the kitchen island provided plenty of space. I would also like to thank the staff specially Elen and Jana. I appreciate their pleasant and professional demeanor only made our stay more enjoyable. The accommodation included a steam sauna and hot tubs which gave us a well deserved relaxation.

We stayed at the silver creek lodge for 5 nights in June 24. It was our honeymoon trip and everything couldn't have gone better! We arrived slightly earlier than scheduled and they were able to check us in earlier than planned. Emma on the front desk was so helpful and explained all the local hotspots and best places to park (for free) We then enjoyed a hassle free 5 nights in a 1 bedroom suite with the most amazing view of the three sisters mountains out the back. All the facilities were clean and comfortable and the bathtub was the biggest we've seen! If you are planning to visit Banff National Park then Canmore is a great location to base yourself as it's only 10 minute drive from Banff Town and is a little quieter with all the scenery of Banff still Thanks again to everyone who works at silver creek for making our stay unforgettable!!!

The location of the hotel was very convenient and our room was very quiet because it was facing the town not the trans Canada highway. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to relax in to the hot tub and steam room. The meal at the restaurant was delicious. Finally, I'd like to thank and praise the lovely receptionist who welcomed us. She was so sweet and so helpful at sorting out a few issues we had. I didn't ask for her name but I am sure that she will recognise herself. I totally recommend the Silver Creek Lodge!

The only thing I would have found helpful was to have an outside shower by the hot tub. One time, both showers were taken in the changing rooms so I couldn't shower before entering the hot tub. It would also be very useful to be able to take cold showers while attending the steam room. Apart from that, everything was great.

In our room accommodation (#107) good for 6 people. There's only one full bathroom. And the other one, just a hot tub. If the source of water can be change to a shower like hose, especially with a handle, it will be better and more useful as a shower tub too and not just a hot tub. Additional barbecue grill on the deck will be an excellent added feature too! (Just a suggestion).However, overall, very nice place to stay in Canmore! We can definitely recommend it to our family and friends. THANK YOU too!

Good views outside, heating has no controls but window opens and ac is included, fireplace is an additional heater. Kitchenette was perfect, bed was large and decently comfortable. Parking is great too. Staff was nice and helped accommodate us to a different room when our fridge stopped working.

Neighbors are very noisy, room was a conjoined room with two locked doors separating them, however that adds more noise to travel into our room from theirs... Room was equipped with speakers and a stereo however none of it worked, no big deal, however the neighbors WAS working, and they played music really loud. Quiet time was at 11pm-7am, and we werent disturbed during those hours thankfully
