Nice unit, large enough, separate room. Nice and fully equipped. Well located! We loved the fact that the kitchen and living room where together and created a large space where it was fun to hangout!
There was a lot of construction around and some days we where waked up by loud noise. Never for a long period but was not pleasant. Also there was a crane right in front of the mountain that was the first one to see out of the lodge. I wouldn't understand paying full price for that at this point in time. We had a rebate but still, the rebate was probably the max I would have payed for that unit. Oh yes, room walls are not super noise isolated. Couldn't see mountain from our room and even though the balcony is nice the balcony above blocks the sun and we felt squeezed. Not a huge turn off but that's how it felt!

The location was great. Very very clean spacious and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again.
The bed was too soft. Not everyone likes a soft mattress. The construction was an issue noise why. I didn’t know that there was construction going on. They told me that it’s was mentioned on Booking but I never saw it.

The place was very clean it was nice to come back to a comfortable/relaxing place after a long day exploring Banff. I preferred staying here as there are less crowds than Banff. Lovely view of the Three Sisters Mountain peaks from the dining and patio which was perfect for morning coffee. There was a grill in the patio which we did not use. There is a café, restaurant and grocery store in the same building. Location is just a short walk on a scenic boardwalk or along the street to get to town so no need to pay for extra parking to explore town. Check in and check out info was provided via email and text so everything was contactless. However, they do have an office open daily if face to face contact is needed. Building management was responsive via text. Highly recommended and would stay here again if I were to be back in the area.
There was some construction across the street as there is a new building being built. Access to the boardwalk behind the building was closed due to construction. However, not a big deal, just had to walk around the building and enjoy the scenic views of the mountains.

Tamarack Lodge is located in a nice area in spring creek with lots of things you can do. It’s a peaceful and relaxing stay for us. We enjoyed walking near the creek and the local store nearby sells great stuff like fresh produce and meat. We also loved the fact that it’s a walking distance to the walking street (downtown area). The facilities are all modern and has everything we need (from kitchen wares to a comfortable bed). Overall, we highly recommend Tamarack for future stay in Canmore.
The parking space is not spacious enough but this is not a big concern for us.

The location was superb. We had sight seeing in Banff and it was a great location for it. The condo is brand new and wonderfully presented..
Three things: People smoking on the balcony of the spa. It drifted right into our rooms. There were younger people there one night making lots of noise till 11:30pm. The dryer really doesn't work. There was info on that in the book but it couldn't dry two bathing suits in one and a half hours. The master suite had no windows that opened so it got stuffy. We had to crack open the door to get to sleep. Oh yeah, there are trains that go by all day, noisy trains and the building across the street is still being built and they start at seven thirty AM! Still, I stand by my rating. I'll come again.

This new property complex has all-new condos with high-end appliances and nicely designed room features and furniture. A bonus was the Alder Cafe and Grocery Store in the same building. On our last evening, we loved the cuisine of The Brigette, also in the same complex.
We were happy about having secure underground parking, but there was a lack of security in that a code was not required for entry, even though there was a code reader available. Also, the exterior landscaping of the complex is still underway so there was some noise occasionally.

Very well appointed and very good modern space. I will certainly recommend staying here or a similar property whilst visiting Banff National Park
There is a lot of construction still going on, which spoils the view and the noise can be quite a nuisance. It was only an inconvenience for us one of the days as we left very early in the other ones but it would be quite disruptive if you’re planning to sleep in past 8-9am. Even so, I would still recommend it

Very easy check in by filling out online form. Only hassle was sending a photo of drivers license for ID verification. Unit was very modern and luxurious. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with pretty much everything you could think of. They even had board games in the pantry. Loved having contact less check-in and using a code to get in. Smart TV worked well for watching various platforms with no issues (delete your account once just before you check out although payment info is not saved in tv). Close to many walkways and easy to walk into town for restaurants etc. Overall a great place to stay
The heating system for the building is a ?geothermal system which means it can take about 2 hours for the unit to warm up. We found the building and especially the bedrooms to run cold at night. Staff came to help us set up the heating and it was still freezing at night. They did accommodate us with extra duvets but the unit was never completely warm/comfortable temperature-wise. We used blankets around us all day and had the fireplace going most of the time

Newer…staff told us our unit only on market for two months and the entire building was freshly built. Sandwiched between creek and river shore paths so felt like a resort. Walkable to most shops and downtown. Kitchen well stocked with wares and appliances. Two walk in showers is the correct design. Internet was working.
Volume of emails/texts AND in-app dups from Booking were super annoying. Dryer taking way too long so likely a kink in the vent ducting. AC not cooling and when mentioned to desk I was told that heat pump could take 6 hrs. to teach an operating temp. Nearby Malcolm and A&W were at high and low price range for a breakfast so needed to walk to town for a full hot breakfast.

The apartment is great, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable!
We had a lot of issues checking in as it is self-check in and they give you a phone number for issues (international calls!!) but they don’t answer the phone always… :( It took us almost 2 hours of sweat and frustration to get into the apartment. They, however, offered a 150 dollar discount for the inconvenience caused, which we appreciated.
