I liked having the balcony and the view of downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy with the warm, welcoming staff as we came from New Brunswick for vacation in Alberta. We stayed 3 nights and then moved on to Banff. On our way back we decided to stay at your Inn another night. And it was a bonus to be able to have the same room as we had the prior stay! Thank you for everything.

The balcony was full of mud, I assume from dirty work boots. ?? It would’ve been nice if the balcony had been swept.

Everything almost. It is a very good place to stay in relation to our activities in the city. The room price fits our budget. The restaurant is very nice and the service is tops. The food was very good and hot when served. Check in was very welcoming.

The room was a little warm for sleeping and the thermostat didn't seem very cooperative.

The view of the downtown skyline from our 6th floor room was beautiful and exciting! The room was vintage but very clean, with updated beds that were very comfortable. Security teams on site and friendly staff. The little restaurant was just fine. The stir fry was tasty. Lots of free parking front and back. The Aviation Museum is in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is a few minutes away, and Kingsway Garden Mall is easy to find close by.

I like that the property is close to a lot of good places such as Rexall, Rogers Place and nice bars/restaurants.

I didn’t like how our bathroom had a smell, maybe like a sewer smell? Not sure exactly but had to keep the bathroom door closed for the smell to not reach the bed and living room area.

location, new carpet on 12th floor corridor, comfortable bed, good working TV, V. Good breakfast buffet, V. good staff whomever we spoke to.

Run down feel. Elevators adequate but a bit rough around the edges. Bathroom old toilet with giant cistern and very long flush and fill. Visible repair to bathtub. Blood stain on top sheet. Cigarette burns in carpet near bed. Screeching shower head.

Loved how clean the hallways was. It even smelled nice. The surroundings were beautiful. Loved the view and the quiet. The staff were upbeat and kind.

The windows needed cleaning in my room. The pillows were old and were washed , so they were misshapen and put back in cases to small.

it was close to our location of activities and there was a restaurant where food and staff both were very good. We plan to stay there again in the near future.

the carpet because I have vertigo so not good for that.

I always stay here, great hotel and staff. The rooms and the hotel are always nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable as well....

The only downside to staying here, is that they don't offer free breakfast or a breakfast coupon at the restaurant for the guests.

I liked the price of the room, the quietness also the balcony.

Air Conditioner was not up to par. It was very hot and humid in the room. Ice Machine did not look clean at all. Paid top dollar for a couple drinks and bags of chips.

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the entrance was cool with the different rocks and stuff in there.

The outside of the building looks a little run down and the parking lot needs some TLC
