The downtown location was perfect for what we were doing. There is easy access to restaurants and activities in the downtown core. The room was nice and as shown on the booking app. There are no concerns about parking there and in fact it was quite reasonable by major city downtown standards. The neighborhood was fine and security was prevalent.

Getting there was a bit confusing as it looks like a one way street and there is public parking allowed on the street, which makes it very narrow and no real place to park and check in. Access from the garage to the hotel isn't well marked and it can be a bit confusing.

The room looks just like the pictures shown and the sink for the bathroom is outside the bathroom. The property was in a weird construction area and the gps maps took us to the wrong location to the address. It was clean and warm, the tub is small. I asked for more towels but they seemed reluctant to provide, which it was listed there was 4 of us staying in the room and they only left 2 towels. The fist night was hectic but the fella working did an amazing job despite it being a busy night for only him working. front desk staff were kind and polite and the elevator is nice to have. The parking is extremely tight fit and just enough space for a truck, I like that they reserve a parking spot not far from the front door for the staff. Over all it was a great deal and a nice stay besides me and my child caught a stomach bug. The vending machines are on the top floor.

We stayed for one night on our way to BC. Location was great, right downtown Edmonton and a quick walk to multiple restaurants as well as to a park overlooking the valley of the North Saskatchewan River and the bridge. The room was large and clean, if a bit dated, and the bed was so comfy (although we had been camping prior so I may be a bit biased on that). You do need card access to go into any door or elevator, which is great security wise.

The parking garage access to the hotel was not clearly labelled so we got a bit confused. If you have a lot to bring in it would be a bit difficult.

Staff were friendly, rooms and lobby were remarkable clean Including the outside and parking lot. Good lighting at nighttime, felt safe. Close to enough to city center to walk to everything but far enough that there no traffic noise from the streets. Blackout curtains/ mini fridge were nice added touch.

The elevator!! Keycard activated and very finiky. Either had to use keycard 3-4 times to activate or it would pick and choose which floor to go to and sometimes it do both!!

We absoutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Of course with any place there was some issues but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. It was a great location we got to explore so many great spots😊 and the breakfast at Cora's was delicious

Biggest take away would be bring your water, pillow and remember that parking and breakfast is not free.

Christian at the Reception was extremely helpful in telling me how to get to the Airport which looked quite complicated. He even gave me a journey's public transport ticket to save me the hassle early morning the following day.

Shame there was no breakfast supplied. I was recommended to go next door but didn't enjoy the food so much.

Convenient location in downtown, short walking distance to the Alberta Legislature Building and other attractions. Nice clean spacious rooms with amazing beds and almost everything you may need. Friendly staff.

There were 3 of us, and we were charged for an extra person even though Booking.com confirmed the room and price for 3 people. Cafe in the building was nice, but we found it a bit overpriced for breakfasts.

I had medical appointments at the Royal Alexandra Hospital very early the next morning and this was the perfect nearby Hotel to allow us to sleep in a bit longer than if we were traveling from home.

the others staying on the 2nd floor were up until after 4 am, banging doors, using the ice machine constantly and talking loudly in the hallway. I should have called the front desk to complain but kept thinking they would quiet down SOON. My fault for not complaining as the Hotel can't fix what they don't know is happening! I wo!n't hold that against the establishment!

My stay was very comfortable. The bed is exceptional. The hotel is dated, and needs some love. However the location and convenience really matter. Folks also let me use the meeting room for my conference calls - I stayed till almost 2pm. Thank you.

The room's windows are facing a tall blank wall of the parking lot, and you feel very awkward. I find the hotel is dated. It was still good for one night stay.

A 10 minute walk to the Rogers Arena. Close to tram and bus lines ( 25 minute public bus ride to West Edmonton Mall). Affordable and comfortable for a father/son hockey trip.

Including a breakfast bar ( coffee and snacks) would be nice. Cora restaurant was good but large meals and at 18 to 22 per person to expensive for every breakfast for a 4 night stay. Not to knock Cora as the breakfast we did have was excellent.
