Staff very friendly , rooms super clean , breakfast was good too

Communication with hotel is almost none existent . I have tried calling them , no luck . Also started e mailing them on July 23 d , in regards cancelling our third night ( 24 h free cancelation policy ) no success at all . After sending them at least 4 e mails I gave up . Upon arrival spoke to lady at the desk , she told be that they DO NOT HAVE working phones . Also she told me about cancelation policy , so I managed to contact booking and they said that they will take care of it . Btw gentlemen from booking .com tried calling hotel no luck in connecting . That is unacceptable . Staff is super nice and friendly . Rooms are ok size , beds are awful ( small and lucking on proper bedding /pillows ) . I would stay again here for night or two if rate was cheaper .

Breakfast timing and location was good.

Hotel mangement should consider to improve brakfast menu as guests are coming from different ethnicity with food restrictions. Breakfast menu is very limited to choose from. Also quantity was very limited. People who came around 9.15am had only bread and condiments.

I liked the room facing the back so no highway noise or lights. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold foods.

The front desk staff had a visitor who was blocking the drive up area to park and unload. We had to wait for her to finish chatting and drive out so we could unload.

Staff was very friendly. Really liked that we could open the window. Pet friendly :)

The coffee available at the complimentary breakfast could be better. Rooms could be cleaner upon arrival. The carpet in our room was not entirely clean upon arrival.

Afternoon shift !!!’front desk ladies ( Dazzle and Gloria) SHOULD NOT be working there. With their attitude they are presenting they are NOT welcoming guests at all. As a guest my first contact with hotel staff is very negative. Just a little more smile and pleasant attitude would benefit. ALL other staff : housekeeping, kitchen and morning reception staff deserve 5 star . Dazzle and Gloria 1*. Work on your kindness ladies.

Super friendly staff - friend desk and the breakfast room lady. Really good bed in the room (we got on 3rd floor) - weirdly it is a high bed. Good Breakfast spread, super clean room. 3 chairs to sit in the room, ample of light.

Bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner/maybe outdated? Though the bathroom was massive.

The breakfast was good, the location was easy to find and to get to and the staff was great! The beds and pillows were comfy, made for an excellent sleep.

The bathroom looked like it had been rushed when cleaned.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and a really good size. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was free and included waffles, yoghurt, cereal anything you could wish for.

Only one bedside table. Small thing that would make a difference

Breakfast was better than expected but they had run out of eggs and didn’t prepare more. The lady overseeing the breakfast room was very efficient and friendly.

It was a decent price , free breakfast, clean & in a good area

The phones weren’t working- hazard. Bathroom light kept flickering & toilet kept running which made it hard to sleep.
