We had a 2 bedroom lodge suite and it was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Amenities were great. My kids loved the game room. The coffee machine and cookies were nice to use daily. It was very nice to have 3 fans to use when it was very hot, made sleeping more bearable.

Staff was a little rude when asking for additional towels after being there for a few days and not using housekeeping. The game room was great but all the tables were crooked, pool sticks and darts broken, etc. My husband got some things at walmart to fix them. The camp store seemed nice to have but didn't provide much in the way of actual food. There was pasta but no sauce, no essentials. Far from any towns but we knew that going into it.

cabin is private. room was clean but small. grounds are well maintained. complimentary coffee and cookies are delicious. lots to do outside - bbq, pool, fire pits, yard games, etc. we were able to rent equipment such as telescopes and binoculars. full size refrigerator.

we stayed during a rare heat wave - there is no air conditioning, however, they did provide us with an extra fan. it is expensive for being a bit out of the way for visiting jasper/banff. hot tube is broken - unaware of this when originally booked. tv/cable reception could be improved (husband is a huge Colombia fan who was in the COPA America final while we visited - otherwise we would not have turned the TV on). no oven - we bought frozen pizza as we thought there was an oven based on the property pictures.

The gas firepits and big red chairs! The deluxe cabin was perfect! Location was quiet and beautiful!

The only thing we did not like was that our front door in cabin 117 did.not have a full door sweep at the bottom. There was a big piece of rubber missing and we were pretty sure that we were probably sharing our cabin with a couple mice and whatever else that could walk or crawl through the hole in the door sweep. Plus we finally covered it with the door.mat as our blue heeler would not get away from the hole as he could smell the outdoors. Not sure why something that easy to fix would not have been repaired, regardless we loved our stay. We will be back!

Great unique cabin experience. Staff was friendly. Loved the complimentary cookies and coffee that was offered in the lobby as well as the game room. Got the one bedroom deluxe cabin( I recommend booking at this level or higher), it was very cute and quaint with great high ceiling so felt plenty spacious too. Lovely firepits at night too. The drive from and back is about 25 minutes from Jasper but gorgeous thus worth it plus tou pass lots of wildlife. Very close to Milette hot springs. Good value for the money.

Smells a little funny inside and windows need to be cleaned but overall a really good stay in area with little options.

Loved the entire cabin. It was very cozy and comfortable with heating in every room and a fireplace in the main hall. Had all the kitchen appliances with pots, pans,plates and bowls and cutlery, even including salt/pepper and dishwashing liquid (which was new to me). Room is very cozy and warm.. Plus you are given complimentary coffee, tea and cookies which is definitely welcome. Would recommend the raisins and oats cookie which was very tasty.. Although I didn't use, they also have a game room with a pool table and other games with the option of borrowing a DVD player and DVDs to watch a movie at your cabin. All in all, love the place!! Definitely visiting again!!

TV in the bedroom was a little small but who stays in watching TV when you are in a national park?

The room was very cozy! It had a makeshift heater/fireplace in the living room which I like. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the mini kitchen had complete cutlery/appliances we needed. There were also complimentary snacks and coffee in the lounge, which was a good warm hug to start our day. Overall, the facilities exceeded our expectations with the game room, hot tub, campfire and bbq outdoors. You could also borrow their DVD player to snuggle up to a movie at night!

This might be pushing it, but since it was still winter and icy and we were female travellers, we would do better with help bringing in our luggage to the cabin. But it was a short distance to our vehicle so no compaints there!

Loved the space and the balcony in the cedar lodge suite - and the beds are super comfortable. The facilities in the main building are also great (games room, DVDs, endless coffee, free pastries), as is the hot tub! Staff were very friendly and informative, and parking is super easy.

It wasn't clear from the description that the main bedroom is accessed via another bedroom, which is really a mezzanine providing access to the stairs and the balcony. Also that the upstairs bathroom is an ensuite so not directly accessible from the mezzanine bedroom. The proximity to the highway makes it a bit noisy until the truckers stop for the night, and for anyone staying on the sofa bed, the heating vents are also a bit noisy - although you quickly get used to it!

We wanted cabin charm and that’s what we got. Family enjoyed the Games room and tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate facilities with cookies and muffins. Cabin was spacious, clean and they had laundry facilities. We were also able to check out an extra 1hr later.

Location caught us off guard… we arrived quite late to realise any chance of a meal was a 30min drive away to Jasper or back to Hinton. There was nothing really available for a dinner as such from the kiosk. Don’t forget to stop and grab some groceries/ staples. Toilet paper was a bit rough too, lol…

We loved everything, nice lay out around the cabins, we loved the complimentary coffee after coming home from an outing, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you staff.

Some info on arrival about house rules or how to get clean towels, we did hang out the vignet on the door outside to have our room checked when we went out but was that too late ? it was never checked in the 4 days. I went to get some towels . However it did not spoil our stay. It was disappointing that the Hotsprings was closed but at least there was a pool and hot tub.A long way to get out for a nice meal.

This is a really nice place to stay, even if you are 48 km from Jasper. We stayed in the Panebode cabin which is perfect for 2 people staying. It's not often the photos correspond exactly with reality when it comes to places to stay. The kingsize bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. It was quite cool so no need to use the airconditioner. The Panebode is a bit on the outside of the property away from the central area so quiet. The facilities are very nice: the main lounge where free (good!) coffee, hot chocolate and tea are complimentary, large games room for kids, a nice size pool and a hot tub. The gas fire pits are a nice touch, if only the mosquitos weren't there!

The bathroom in the cabin was tiny, and the shower door could use an update as the bottom of it was quite dingy looking. The shower is good, but there is no room to move/bend over. There is nowhere to hang or put away clothes. There's room for a few more shelves, hooks of even a small cabinet. That's really the only improvement we could recommend.
