When I entered the Hotel, I was very welcomed by Mr Piyush, who provided an excellent Customer Service for us. He explained everything clearly and with friendly manners, shown his professionalism and provided all necessary information regarding our stay. It was quick and easy, nice and supportive. During the night (31-1) I had a problem with sugar in blood and wasn’t prepared for it, and needed some Pepsi and something sweet, but didn’t have cash - only card. The machine was accepting only coins, so I kindly asked Receptionist (don’t know his name unfortunately) to help me, and he did. Thank you for that. During the breakfast there was also another Receptionist, and he as well was an amazing Staff Representative, friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast very rich and delicious, pool - awesome, rooms - great! STAFF DESERVE A GOLD MEDAL! BRAVO!!!!!! I’m very happy with my stay in Super 8. I hope I will visit this Hotel one more time!

My son dropped an item behind the tv console. They were happy to supply us with items to attempt the recovery. No one offered help. Going on our hands and knees exposed areas that do not get cleaned with any regularity Outside Smoking area does not get cleaned daily, weekly?

The room was super clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is simple, but there is everything you need. I travelled with 2 small size dogs, staff was friendly with them and the pet fee is very affordable.

Food was good and hot. Bed was so comfy and pillows where just right. Clean sheets and bedding. Towels watered a nice size and very soft. Coffee was so good every morning. The rooms where not hot at all or stuffy. Loved that we had a joint room with my in-laws made our lives easier. As good that their breakfast included went u til 9:30am most places end earlier. Thanks we will be back soon.

Was perfect!

I love the location. It's very nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Hot water available all the time which is very convenient. I also like the secret door inside to go other rooms when you have family. This is the best part.

If you have more hot breakfast would be excellent. Kids loves to cook waffles themselves.

Cute photography wall photos, larger fridge & microwave in room. Decent coffee bar and breakfast okay. Grateful the people allowed us into the pool in the am. Decent channels on the tv. Fairly comfy beds. Grateful for the business advertisements. Grateful the lamps had usb plug ins. Staff were friendly. Good ventalation.

I appreciate a buffet with bacon vs sausage.

Good value, clean and close to Jasper.

The breakfast selection was good but a lot of items would not be available at certain times and were slow to get replaced (no milk all 3 mornings we were there).

We have already stayed at Super 8 several times and we have always been happy with this place. With the cleanliness of the rooms, work of the service staff, and location of the hotel. But this time, we're especially grateful to a hotel manager and a receptionist called Perash. We booked a room for 2 nights, but our situation changed and we were only able to stay for one night. The hotel management allowed us to cancel the reservation without any fee, although by law we had to pay a fine of $50 or even full cost per day. Because our cancellation occurred only before 24 hours, instead of 48 hours. We are grateful for understanding! And of course we will stay at the Super 8 Hotel in the future again! Nice hotel and nice people ,who run it!

Stayed one night on our way to Edmonton from Banff. Overall good property for one night stay. Room was clean. They provided breakfast ,eating area was little small but breakfast was good for the price.

No elevator and had to carry luggage to second floor.

Visited Jasper and stayed here two nights on our visit to Jasper. Excellent reception, friendly staff, beds were clean and comfortable, room was comfortable and had fridge and micro and a nice mountain view. About an hour's drive to Jasper and closer to Miette Hot Springs. Breakfast was filling with muffins, eggs and sausages, toast, butter and jam. Would recommend to anyone visiting Jasper as a reasonably priced stay. Lots of parking spots, and nearby restaurants and shopping facilities. Overall an excellent place to stay for us.
