When you take value and convenience and add an excellent and friendly staff, combine that with clean facilities and a comfortable stay, this is what you get. What this hotel lacks in fanciness it more than makes up for in all the little things that really matter. Yes, the building is older, and it's not perfect. But the room was updated, clean, and more than served its purpose for our stay in Lethbridge. This was a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

The only complaint, if I had one was that the stairwells were very steep and my elderly mother, whom I was visiting, was not able to come up to the room with me as we were on the second floor. This is not something that is likely to be changed as it is an architectural feature of the building. Nor would I expect them to. The thing that I would do differently is next time I would get a ground floor suite so that my mother can come in and visit us there as well. I have no real complaints about my stay there.

Elizabeth on the front desk is exceptionally pleasant. I needed my key replaced and she was dealing with a very rude man at 9pm. As if he owned the motel!! Her patience with him was excellent. He eventually stopped. Lobby and breakfast room are kept tidy and inviting. Tap in my bathroom needed fixing. I've stayed here many times now. Stairs to the second floor are quite dangerous for older people especially when carrying luggage.

we’ve got an upgrade to another hotel next to it. big room, parking and comfortable. amazing breakfast with a waffle machine, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit, several options of spreads (butter, cream cheese, honey, peanut butter, jam, maple syrup), juices, yogurt!

since someone else was parked in front of our room, when they turned the light on, it cleared the room and woke me up. even with the black outs.

Regular motel, but very clean and close to everything. I changed my room to one with only one bed, but maybe that was not so smart, as this room was on the ground floor and so much more exposed. But it was comfortable and big enough. Had all the things one needed including coffee maker. I liked the free coffee all day and evening. Breakfast was ok.

The card access was not working many times. But as I was next to the reception, it was no problem. Maybe they are not used to people staying more than one night.?

For an older hotel the front lobby and breakfast areas had been updated. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. The room was quiet and we were able to park our car right outside our room. Another nice feature was that this room had two doors, one to the hallway and the other out to the parking area.

The room does need updating.

Front desk staff were very friendly, organised and helpful. Breakfast options where a bit better than some motels (better bagels, apples). We asked to be moved from our first room as the A/C unit was old and very noisy. Neddy made this happen brilliantly. Lovely park is just a walk away. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Having to pay more for a ground floor room.

I've stayed here several times now. The breakfast is ok. Coffee is weak but everything is clean and orderly. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. It's quiet.

I hate the lack of an elevator.....the towels are hard and scratchy. The microwave, fridge and heating unit are noisy in the rooms. I unplug everything I can.

The staff are very professional and were available if any issues came up. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night.

The bathroom was very small. The shower/tub and toilet were too close together like a small closet. The vanity was in a separate space outside of the tub area, which gave more room to get ready.

I only wish that you were located in West Lethbridge. All hotels seem to be on Mayor Magrath.

I really hate the narrow stairway to the second floor. No elevator is a problem for me. Somewhat archaic but it's very well priced and you get what you pay for. When I checked in the young lady insisted on carrying my suitcase up the stairs for me. Definitely an outstanding employee.

This is the 1st time we have stayed here as we usually stay at another but we were more than pleasantly surprised at the service, comfort and especially the walk-in location. It is much different in all ways from their US hotels and we will now always spend our stays here. The breakfast was excellent

The internet kept cutting in and out making it difficult to stay hooked up and use the internet
