The property is old and a lot of things but this is not what I am here to talk about. I would like Thank the front desk staff who were multi tasking to make sure we all served well. If only head office call me I would be happy. There’s no word describe what we saw. Genuine hospitality from the staff, they made the best of what they have. Especial thanks to the front desk lady her name starts with P it’s Indian name, she went above and beyond.

Heritage Inn is located right on Highway 3 so is super convenient to find. Very nice breakfast was included with the room. Your choice off of menu in the attached restaurant. Travelled with our golden retriever. The hotel backs onto a residential area and is great for a walk for both of us with little traffic.

Was convenient place to stop for a night, the restaurant was a nice option.

The manager! Other staff were lovely. Booking.com said breakfast was included. Manager said we did not pay enough to have free breakfast! Every room was the same rate and she never even looked to see who we were, or what room we stayed in. They had lots of guests, so she would not have known and she did not come out of her office until I questioned it. We went and ate our breakfast at the restaurant anyway, it was really good and inexpensive. It was how the morning (day) manager handled it- even saying “Sorry, we don’t include breakfast anymore” But it should have been taken off the listing, as it clearly stated it did include Breakfast, even after I booked the room. It wasn’t the cost, it was the attitude and principal. I refused to argue with her.

I liked the attached restaurant/lounge. Great supper! Had alternate breakfast plans but am sure it would have been delicious too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and super comfy bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, as we had to upgrade one of our rooms, there was no problem.

The bathrooms are outdated, and could use an renovation, other than that, the rooms were very nice.

Clean comfortable room.

I was cold as the heat in the room was not controlled by the thermostat in the room, and cold air was blowing. Grabbed the extra blanket and was fine.

Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and kind!

Location is fine. On main highway through town. Did not try breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Lots of parking.

Heritage was great. Room was clean, lots of parking and restaurant in the same building,as well as the lounge.

bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There was no stopper for the bathtub. When I told the front desk staff, she went to a vacant room and got one for me.

I was not told that the restaurant would be closed for the holiday Monday until I went to ask about breakfast that morning. It would have been nice to be made aware of this when I checked in and asked about breakfast being included with my booking. Fortunately there were fast food outlets close by so I could get breakfast there.
