The Hot Tub (and pool) were incredible. Thank you so much. Breakfast had a good selection overall. Easy access to vehicles and very quiet (there were no tournaments in town tho!)

Please add a fresh fruit option and a yogurt? And the sheets could be updated.

WOW!!! Our room was fabulous! Newly renovated, laminate throughout, 3 double beds, and a large kitchenette (with a huge fridge that held everything we had!) The lighting was also great! 3 dimmable pot lights overhead lit the room very nicely!

The only odd detail was that our room had no window... It would also he great if there were towels provided down at the pool. Because the hotel was getting a face-lift on the outside, it was a little trickier accessing the front lobby, but nothing too hard.

The pool was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was very quiet. The breakfast was very good. The price was very reasonable. The grassy area for our dog was great. The food from the menu in the room was very good, but we didn't realize it was actually a pub so my granddaughter was not allowed to go in with me. This is just a point of information for travellers when deciding where to eat!

There was a moldy spot on the ceiling in the shower and the bathroom door was hard to close. These didn't really affect us but should probably be repaired. My granddaughter forgot her hair scrunchie by the pool and we had to wait until 9:00 to get it because the staff member who could open it was not around. She did however open it for us at 8:55 when she arrived.

Price was great! Location excellent as well. I was there for a ball tournament and the diamonds were 5 minutes away. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean so no complaints there.

Stayed over the weekend and the breakfast room was closed by 9:00 am. It was my expectation that it should stay open longer on weekends. Under construction when I was there so that was a bit inconvenient but I assume that's why the price was so good.

The pool & hot tub. The location is great. Little kitchenette.

It was plus 37 and we would liked to have sat outside but there was no area except just outside our door. Room came with 1 chair only that we could take outside, provided we wew very careful as the side arm rails fell off when lifting. We asked if there was anyway to get a second..NO! Didn't like that there are no buttons cans for cigarette butts so the area was full of them.

I was concerned when we first arrived as this hotel looks very rough from outside. The lobby is not fancy, either. The room, however, was really good. Comfortable bed (we got a King room), kitchen area (we did not use it) and everything was clean. My husband took advantage of the breakfast included. Apparently the coffee was less than par.

This was not the fault of the hotel but there were children running up and down the hall and slamming doors until after 1am. I asked a couple of them where their parents were and they dashed off to the pool area.

Great value for a one night stay! The place is a bit dated with older carpet but the room itself was immaculately clean. No dust anywhere. The bed was firm and comfortable but the best part was the high pressure shower. I would’ve gone back but we’re taking another route home

The front desk person was a bit short because some guests didn’t understand her heavy accent

It’s within walking distance of amenities worth checking out, Timmies is nearby, in the hotel next door there is an Indian restaurant, room was comfortable and spacious

It was clearly in the middle of renovation so there was open plywood at the time, my room key didn’t work but then we found it was the locking mechanism, they had it repaired after I left

The place is very clean with friendly staff and well located not too far from the city center by car, and there is a pool - the city center is by the way very interesting and worth a stop. This motel was the best surprise of our trip from Ottawa to BC and I would recommend anyone looking for a stop in the area to stop there, you won't regret it (especially for the money spent) and will be able to relax in jacuzzi if you feel like it as a bonus.

The rooms were nice and roomy. We enjoyed having a kitchen. The breakfast was really good.

There was a large amount of remodeling going on both inside and outside the building. If I was driving by, I probably wouldn’t have stopped to inquire about a room. So it was good to have it come up at a great price on an online platform.
