The breakfast selection was good, in a pub style restaurant. Location was in an old outdated area of the city but so close to the number one highway and in such a small city that I couldn’t dock points. The kids had a great time at the pool area and the waterslide was fun. The bathroom in the room had been totally updated and the price was fantastic. The room was clean. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. There was an a&w location right beside the hotel for food alternatives.

Parking is limited close to the hotel gates but did not really hinder our stay, the room wasn’t totally finished from the Reno’s they are doing but at least they are trying to improve a location that was a former popular travelodge that could have run down.

The free breakfast was 10/10 staff is super accommodating and the water slide/pool was 10/10 for the kids. Maintenance guy was super helpful everytime he noticed us swimming he would turn on the slide. Female cashier was a total sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay, thank you

Weather stripping on doors. A lot of heat loss

We first were put in a room on the 6th floor but the TV didn't work and the room smelled kind of funny kind of moldy smell but I asked for another room and they gave us a room on the main floor with a bigger TV that worked and the room was wonderful

We enjoyed swimming in the pool but noticed that it could be cleaned a lot better there was build up from the filters coming out and the lining of the pool was not great they definitely need to update the lining of the pool and getting in a little better order

Nice comfy beds and pillows, new decor in lobby. I was glad there was a pool and hot tub.

The gentleman that I first spoke to was not very friendly. He seemed too busy to bother with a lowly customer, but the lady that took over for him was nice. There were some waterstains on the ceiling in the corner of our room, and the toilet ran on. We also had to reconnect the chain on the toilet flush mechanism a few times. The pool lining needs replacing, but all in all, I felt those were minor things considering the amount I paid for the room.

The included breakfast was exceptional! Neha and the cypress culinary college served up one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had. The pool area was a great bonus after a long ride. I was sorry I wasn’t staying longer.

The rooms were clean but the decor was aged. The reception area was excellent, remodeled clean and shiny.

Rice bowls from the on site restaurant were great. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Beds comfy great pillows. Essay place to get to just off major highways. Parked just outside our room. Could not have been better.

Many upgrades have been made but the furniture in the room needs attention. I mentioned it to the staff and the agreed. Upgrades are in the works.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast, very flexible and welcoming stay- pet-friendly, late checkout, etc. close to the airport!

The pool was closed on the only evening we stayed for maintenance without notice, we called the reception, and they said it's open. We came ready with our swimsuits an hour later, and it was closed for the rest of the day. The following day the pool was overcrowded. Be ready to order in- there is nothing around the hotel-no restaurants, shops, etc.

The staff mad everything easy considering I was in a other province booking. They made sure that my wife and kids felt safe and welcome and tended to on their nighttime arrival after traveling for many hours. No headaches, no confusion, just welcoming comfort. Thanks guys so much seriously. I never write reviews bur you guys deserved it . Shout out to the night shift!

Terrific pool and water slide! It was the main reason why we booked this place. The kids loved it, so we will return on our way back to BC.

We had an issue with the Television. Absolutely no volume. Went to the front desk 3-4 times to get a solution. Finally, the lovely lady just transferred us to a different room with a properly working television. Thanks for that!

The location was awesome, bed very comfy and the restaurant had great food for breakfast and very friendly helpful staff.

The room was too hot; the air conditioning was not very cold at all. But that is minor, we love this place.
