Friendly and efficient at reception. The room was quite compact but well designed with a very clean modern bathroom and well equipped kitchenette with full height refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate and sink. The hotel is close to a shopping mall with food supermarket which was useful. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient.

The location is a long way from downtown Medicine Hat but we were aware of that when we booked.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the staff was kind and helpful. The room was fantastic and very clean(I previously worked in house keeping). The room setup was fantastic and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of options and kind staff. The POOL was phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave. My 3 kids (9-6-3) all loved it. We will definitely be back.

Extremely clean and the staff is good. Rooms are immaculate and and all the amenities are there. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had.

We stayed in 3 queen suites that are very spacious and tidy/almost new. The mini kitchen was well-equipped, the toiletries smell amazing, bed/pillows were very comfortable and clean. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the whirlpool which are well-maintained. Special thanks to Alvin at the reception for the smooth check-in and Leslie at the breakfast buffet for her excellent service, despite a few of us being minutes late on Labour day brkfast.

Good location just off the Trans-Canada Highway. There's shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, modern and have full kitchens. The beds and bedding were excellent and very comfortable. The room had good access to power outlets for computers and there were USB outlets at the night table by the beds for charging your phone. The TownePlace Suites is a relatively new property so everything is in great condition and this is definitely one of the nicer hotels in Medicine Hat.

With Covid restrictions still in place, not all amenities were available but that's the same with all hotels at this time. While there was free general wi-fi, if you want high speed there is a daily charge.

Room was good with full kitchen, normal size refrigerator, dining table and dishwasher:)

No benches or chairs in the changing room for swimming pool

The room was clean and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. They were short staffed but that did not effect to service or helpfulness just slowed the breakfast process down slightly. They followed advertised COVID protocols which were very important to us. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in Medicine Hat and will stay there again.

The breakfast was okay, should have more than one person working it. Also, you should set it up more for self-serve and just have staff on hand for refilling or cleaning.

More electrical plug-ins, the weather was extremely good! Also sidewalks could be cleared off better
