The hotel was fantastic. However, Booking.com was terrible to deal with. There was an issue with the Booking.com confirmation # not showing up in the hotel database. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in before Booking.com would recognize it was their fault and give us a full refund. So we could check in through the hotel.

The breakfast and dinning area was fantastic. I really appreciated that the dinning space was available to be used by guests outside of breakfast hours. That made it handy for us when we wanted to eat outside of our room.

The one issue I had were the drains in the sink and bathtub were very slow. I also wish that this hotel had suites with two rooms available. We were traveling with two small children that required naps and went to bed at 730pm. Having to have all the lights off so early was difficult.

The breakfast was very good and lovely selections. I liked the gluten free options. I would like to see additional option regarding almond or rice milk for lactose intolerant. Maybe do turkey sausages for those not partaking in red meat as well as pork bacon for those wanting that option.

The road to the facility wasn't very appealing. The location was really not appealing out of the way lots of driving to get to the other side of the city.

The rooms was large and comfortable. The pool area and waterslide was enjoyable for the little ones.

The sofa bed when we pulled it out was not clean. The sheets didn't appear to have been cleaned. It was late and so we just put the extra bedding from the closet over the existing bedding on the sofa bed. We did mention it a staff when we were leaving.

The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived close to midnight. We had asked for a room close to the elevator because someone in our group had mobility issues. Staff helped us access the laundry room late at night. Plenty of options for breakfast as well as Grab and Go bags of food. Super clean and comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Nothing to complain about (except for coffee and runny oatmeal). Waffles and eggs were great!

Great location for our purposes. It is not in an area with lots of amenities. We did not need to be in town or near lots of things to do for our work. It has the keg and Boston Pizza close for food options.

Everything was great.

Pool area was over ran with kids and parents demonstrating little or no control over them. Jumping back & forth from pool and to hot tub. Pretty pricing for what I deem to be a standard room.but we needed that location.

Comfortable beds, very clean, excellent breakfast options. The hotel also partnered with nearby restaurants to offer a discount for dining there.

The built-in shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty.

Loved the size of the room and the pool! Breakfast was a good spread too. Great for families.

There were a few spots in our room that weren’t clean (behind toilet, under faucet), the garbages could be bigger for take-out containers etc.

Breakfast was great, lots of meal choices and very fresh. There were many tables so you didn't have to worry about standing and waiting. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
