Nice little motel. We arrived late and the people were very nice. I did phone ahead to let them know, though. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The place is older but not musty. The windows opened, for me that is a bonus. The front-end lady allowed me to use my debit to pay and didn't need a deposit. Perfect! The gazebo was a wonderful spot to relax. I would stay there again.

I did not like the chemical laundry product smell on the blankets. I have a sensitivity to scents. It wasn't awful, just not for me. The train is very close and ran past about 4 times. It could be annoying if that sort of thing bugs you. We couldn't get the TV to work. We are challenged with technology.

Nikki was very welcoming and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a small kitchenette and plenty of room to set up our pack-and-play while travelling with a baby. AC was great. Was also impressed with the sound control as the motel is right across from a train but it was not loud at all! Overall, it wasn't fancy but was a clean, comfortable and safe stay for us.

The decor/linens were a little bit dated, but that didn't negatively impact our stay at all.

The best parts about this motel are the kind and friendly owners/staff who were waiting for me to arrive because the highway was closed and it took longer to arrive. Plus the facilities are very clean. The cleanest motel I have ever stayed in! I am grateful to the owners who keep the rooms so clean. It is important to point out that it is clearly evident that the owners pay attention to what matters to guests. The bed was nicely made and comfortable and I felt safe there. The internet worked very well and was easy to access. The grounds felt cozy, mostly because of the weeping willow and the nice place to sit outside. I would stay again.

Very good service and very clean. Would definitely visit again. Very accommodating and in a cute little area with a nice gazebo and nice A.C. TV and nice bath and shower.

The only thing I would have liked to have is some chairs and a table. The AC had a bit of a smell but not too noticeable. Lovely place and staff. Thank you.

A quaint little place in a beautiful little town- so much gorgeous scenery within walking distance of this motel! a quick walk across the street unlocked beautiful views- and we got to see the salmon running as we walked along the river banks- pretty incredible. the staff was very kind and accommodating 😊

Clean room. Manager was very accommodating. I booked a room for my husband, myself and my sister, needed a room for our daughter and 2 granddaughters, not only did they have one they put her room right next to ours. They have a plum tree and apple tree on the property and let us know we were welcome to them. The manager made sure we had everything we needed, emptied our garbage everyday as well as supplying us with clean new towels. Great place to stay. Manager is very friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Will definitely be back. Only place we will stay at in Chase.

The trains were loud but no fault of the owners. After 1 night, didn't hear the trains

The location of this motel is fantastic. We stayed for a night on our way to Banff . Couldn't be happier, the rooms were decent sized very clean nothing fancy but well equipped for a night or two. To top it all was the friendliness from the owner. He was an absolute gentleman we reached pretty late but he was present to welcome us and even offered us tea and chocolates to refresh us up after a long drive. He also allowed us to stay back for couple hours as we had some emergency work meeting to attend. A very beautiful scenic location and peaceful place. Highly recommended.

Place was clean, well maintained and staff was friendly and very accomodating.

Instructions on how to work the guide on the tv was not available. More toilet paper in bathroom would be nice.

The room was clean and big, had a good parking space in front of it. It was a bit dark because of the dark colored curtains, but was not a problem. The host was really friendly, helped us with kitchen stuff and advices.

Nothing really, it is a good place to stay over the night for travelers.

The Covid-19 protocols were followed precisely and were very much appreciated. Spacious room with the right amount of amenities. A sofa to sit on was a plus! The gazebo and outside picnic area were used and enjoyed.
