I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower (best I’ve ever had at a hotel) the pool/hot tub/water slide was great staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful there isn’t a restaurant on site but there is a very nice Italian restaurant about 5 mins away ( Andiamo’s) great food

the shower was clogged when we first got there (the man came the next day to fix it, was slightly inconvenient) the eggs at breakfast were weird and kinda had the texture of tofu the pool door sticks which was a little worrisome. beds were more firm then my husband and I like but it want the worst thing

The room was great and very clean. We had to cut our trip short as there was a wildfire in the area and roads were closing, the hotel ended up giving our money back and I requested that the room go to evacuees.

That we couldn't stay longer, but our event was cancelled, roads were closing and the province announced a state of emergency, people were displaced everywhere and rooms were needed for people who's houses had burnt or had left because of evacuations

This is a wonderful place, the rooms are huge, the beds are super comfy, with a big selection of pillows. We used the hot tub and that was a great way to end the day. The free breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of food to choose from.

The only complaint which is really nothing was the view from the room wasn’t great, as we looked at air conditioning units. Even then that wasn’t an issue as you really don’t spend much time in the room as you’re out enjoying all Salmon Arm has to offer.

NIce clean hotel that has a good location and sufficient parking. The staff are very friendly.

I would prefer the breakfast to start earlier as I am an early riser, and if I wanted coffee and a breakfast before driving I had to wait for breakfast. This being said, it is a minor thing. I was not happy being charged a credit card fee however, as this to me is almost an entrapment as you pretty much have to use credit cards these days.

Very new, clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. We were with a large family group and the hotel had everything we wanted. The rooms are large, clean and easily fit a family of four with room to spare. Pool and water slide are great for kids and adults. Nice hot tub as well. Breakfast was included which was really great for us as we had 14 people all together.

I liked the modern well designed rooms, very comfortable. BUT, the refrigerator did not work!

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. First, it was not varied compared to other hotels rated 3 stars. I was embarrassed to use plastic cutlery and paper plates like we were on a picnic, not to mention that everything was going to the garbage, and there was not even an option to put in recycling.

Great location was great, rooms were clean and comfy And most of the staff were really kind and lovely! Overall I would recommend this hotel as it was clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub also slide was fun and tidy.

One younger lady at our check in was totally rude and grumpy with us , not a very good first impression, however the rest of the desk staff was very lovely and friendly. They do need a second waffle machine for breakfast. Took too long waiting for families to cook for them all. There was no coffee in machines. The lady working the breakfast seemed very cranky and overwhelmed trying to organize the breakfast and keep everything stocked up. Was grumpy with the seniors.

The facilities were very new and clean. The two ladies at front desk when we checked in were very friendly. The room was new, clean and very big. The breakfast had a good selection. There was even hot oatmeal which was not very common.

Our first room was at the end right below the highway so it was really noisy so we asked to be moved. The new room still had highway noise but tolerable. Our window looked out to the ground floor roof of our building and the highway above because we were on the second floor. So sadly, there's no view of Shuswap lake. So kept our window shade down. And although clean, there was a smell of food, specifically ketchup, that lingered in the room. The walls are also thin so we can hear our neighbors. We were only there for one night so we just tolerated it.

Very good breakfast. Lots of variety. Breakfast Room was in a convenient location, roomy and very clean. Hotel itself was in very good repair and maintenance was obviously kept up. Nice hot pool. Staff was friendly and professional.

Hotel is quiet enough inside but it is in a very noisy location next to the major Hiway at the top of a hill. Not their fault but be aware. Hotel is a ways away from the main townsite of Salmon Arm, and a hilly steep walk. While lake view rooms exist at this property, most are not and look down on buildings. Hot water was not nearly hot enough to suit me, and shower was hard to figure out and there were no instructions.

The hotel is very clean and very nice. Very friendly greeting and very helpful as we were travelling on bikes. It's a bit out of town, but there is very little closer and it's still an easy walk into town. Room was very clean and comfortable. Seemed like a fun pool and slide.

Like most locations in Salmon Arm it can be a bit noisy due to trains and Highway 1.
