Exceptional hotel! Our 2 queen bed room was spotless and very comfortable. Some details - that I assume a woman came up with 😉👍 - were appreciated such as the shelves below the sink in the bathroom, the extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom and the full length mirror. There were 2 plug in receptacles on the large night stand and the bed, pillows and bedding were amazing! The delicious full hot breakfast that is included is easily worth $18.00 per person when factoring in the cost of the room. We did not use the pool or fitness center but you can see them through the windows and they too looked clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet was very low so if that is a problem ask for a disabled room.

Breakfast was great and went slightly pasted 9:30am to ensure everyone was fed good fresh good. Very friendly prep/serving staff. Loved the access to pool and hottub. Very kind to offer another key when locked out of hotel. Free coffee and tea all day. Good explanations from front desk on directions and expectations. Amazing visit. I deleted my booking by accident online and comfort inn was still able to accommodate me at a very decent price.

Water slide is quite fast - Under 100lbs people is probably safest.

Acceptance of very very late check in. Any staff I encountered were very friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area has the patience of a saint. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Comfortable, quiet. The breakfast was much more than a usual continental breakfast. There were many choices both hot and cold. I didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or the gym, but both looked clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Salmon Arm.

There was nothing I didn't like regarding the hotel. There was a man who was being rude to the breakfast attendant.

Really liked how quick and easy check-in/out was. The breakfast was delicious! Love that this was included. The pool and waterslide were great, but it was closed for cleaning for an hour the morning we wanted to go swim after breakfast... and the hot tub was out of order as well as the pool bathroom. Would've been fantastic if not for these few things.

Pool was closed down on a Saturday morning at a prime time for about an hour. 9:00-10:00am *clean it when no one uses it (out of the operational hours or late/extra early). Hot tub wasn't working the Friday night or Saturday morning of our stay. Duper disappointed as this was one thing I was really looking forward to for my sore muscles, and my son loves going in it too in between pool swimming. Pool bathroom was out of order which is a pain when you have young kids.

The room was nice, clean. and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy for sleeping, and the pretend fireplace added some ambience. It was great that breakfast was included. The hotel is nicely located near a pub, restaurant, and groceries. The area is also quiet for sleeping.

The hotel was a bit sterile and could use some ambience re. decor. The heat in our room was turned off when we arrived so the room was cold. It took us awhile to figure out how to turn it on.

Room, clean hotel and breakfast all good. Cleaning staff very friendly.

When I checked in they did not have the reservation under my name. I made the booking through Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms a queen for myself and husband, I also booked another room for our friends. The hotel had both rooms registered under our friends name. I use booking.com as you do have a loyality program, I am guessing I didn't get any loyality points for that booking as the hotel did not have my name on the booking. When I checked out the next day our room was still under our friends name. When checking in the day before I provided them with all my information, it appears they just ignored it. I also show a charge on my credit card on the morning of the 13th for both rooms.

Breakfast was GREAT.........the Junior Hockey Team the Swift Current Broncos stayed in Comfort Inn and they were at breakfast and they ate all the Eggs and Bacon.......lol..........the cook had to make more food....;...lol ......................................EXCELLENT Breakfast...........................

Spacious rooms, nice seating areas in the lobby, CLEAN rooms, great staff, good off-season value.

The pool is a bit weird in the layout… not much space for swimming or playing, especially when some are using the water slide and others with young kids just want to splash and play. Was also a bit hard to climb in and out of with a leg injury. The breakfast could use a bit of TLC…. The selections were great but most of the food was cold.

Clean place with great room amenities (mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker) and a pretty good breakfast which was included. Also had guest laundry room

Like many hotels in Salmon Arm it’s pretty close to the highway. Handy for access but not that pleasant for walking around due to highway noise

It was a nice clean property, comfy beds.

The hot tub ladder handle was broken.. there is really no where for the dog to go #2 was just told anywhere on property which was only small strips of gas with no bushes for a shy pooper my dog waited till we left the next day. Otherwise its a nice place no complaints
