The room with 2 queen size beds was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! There was a mini fridge, TV, desk, and chair for relzaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel atmosphere was welcoming with live plants and art throughout.

The air conditioner, although appreciated was noisy throughout the night. Other than this we don't have any complaints about the service. There was a note about our room not being made up due to staff shortages and then we were pleasantly surprised when it was without the expectation for this to occur.

Atmosphere. 19 Hole restaurant food was good, service was fair only.

Booked through Bookings.com as the property would not answer their phones ever. Then wanted to cancel 1 out of 4 rooms, again no answer on any phones, so had to pay for all 4 rooms. Very disappointed. Asked for shuttle to airport and they refused. Very disappointed. Main bar and restaurant Nuan was closed due to private function close by, not good to close as only venue to eat was Casino bar. Please keep all venues open in peak travel months.

Friendliness of staff. Exceptional burger and chips in Casino restaurant.

Toilet became blocked and had to change rooms in middle of the night. New room didn't have milk with coffee things. Strange menus in 3 restaurants. No longer provide airport shuttle. I thought I'd better book a table for breakfast. Did so online and it said space was limited and they'd only hold the table for 5 minutes. I rushed to the resrsurant only to find it totally deserted apart from a member of staff!! Needs sorting!!

Oh my gosh ... this property exceeded my expectations in so many ways!! The building has been restored and has so much character and ambiance. I really appreciated how well maintained it is. The grounds are so beautifully maintained! We were there in early October, but the weather was so warm, and the leaves were changing color ... and ... the massive flower displays were still in fullest splendor! The golf course is just steps away from the hotel ... and is one of the most beautifully maintained golf courses we have ever played upon. Absolutely lush and pristine!!! We really appreciated the reverence for Mother Earth ... even had a white tail deer join us on one of our holes. It's wonderful to have it all withing walking distance. The pro shop is lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the '19th hole'. The staff were absolutely welcoming and wonderful --- across the entirety of the property - hotel, restaurants, pro shop and golf course!! There are beautiful vistas inside and outside to enjoy the views and the hospitality. It is incredibly quiet and serene. It has a wonderful pool and hot tub that looked very inviting but we did not get a chance to enjoy. Maybe next time. Also ... this property has so much heart aching history. We were so delighted to learn that the land and building have been returned to their rightful owners and that we were supporting the emancipation and liberation of the local indigenous tribes by staying here. We look forward to returning!!

The only suggestion I could offer would be to increase lighting in the bathroom. For older eyes ... it was a bit dark. One of those small accordian lighted mirrors would be a wonderful addition. The rooms are lit only with lamps, as well ... which is lovely for ambiance, but not so good for old eyes trying to see into the suitcase after dusk. Aside from this MINOR suggestion, we could not have been happier with our choice to stay here.

The room was very nice and we had the heated pool, hot tub, and steam room to ourselves. We couldn't figure out how to make the sauna work, but it wasn't a big deal. The casino was a nice plus, but we didn't use it much.

Some more information about the history of the site and amenities on site would have been appreciated. We could tell that there was history and lots to do, so a welcome pamphlet or guest guidebook would have been nice. It was disappointing that the only dinner option there was in the casino, but the food was surprisingly good.

Great to have a fantastic breakfast onsite. Beautiful location. Appreciate that they could accommodate us for breakfast away from the patio when we had our dog with us.

The ordering process for breakfast could have been clearer. It would help to have posted signs that said Go In and Order Inside. We waited for a bit before anyone came out to the picnic tables to talk with us and clarify that.

The restaurant in the casino was ok. Nima was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and dinner was awesome. Our waitress was excellent both meals. We did not golf but enjoyed the pool area. The resort is beautiful.

The casino would have been better with table games but we understand you can’t get dealers. Not much you can do about that. Hopefully people will want to work again one day.

Property is in a very lovely area, mountains are just breathtaking. Room was very comfortable and quiet despite being on the first floor next to the entrance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Casino was fun - unfortunately it was a bit too cold for a swim otherwise we would have used the outdoor pool.

Not many food options, it was either the restaurant in the casino or the restaurant in the golf clubhouse. Both were a bit difficult to get to and didn’t have a wide variety of options. Parking was a bit far from the room - not many spaces close by, especially when there was a wedding on. This hotel seems to be used as a party place for big groups after golfing or weddings mostly. Great if you are a part of the party, not great if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The air conditioning was not working properly when we first checked into our room. We advised Jared at Front Desk and he advised that there is no maintenance crew working in the evening he promptly moved us across the hall into a new room with working air conditioning. We thanked Jared for his quick and courteous actions as it has been quite hot all day. Please give Jared a raise for his exemplary service. Thank you

We didn't like losing our money in the Casino but we expected it.

Terrific level of service from all staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Resort was clean and well maintained The Golf course is a challenging, but playable layout with awesome vistas The 19th Hole Grill was perfect for pub-style food and beverage.

Their parking set up could be better. Nothing close to the main building.
