Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and the motel was very quiet. This motel is great value for the price. We will definitely be staying here again. The kitchenette saved us money as we cooked our own breakfast and lunch with food purchased in Alberta. This older motel has been renovated and is charming. We brought our dogs so it was pleasant to walk straight outside from our room.

The beds are between and double and a queen. If you are a couple used to sleeping together in a queen or king - get a room with 2 beds. The water pressure in the shower was not the best but was functional, and the bathroom was clean.

We stayed for 2 nights over the long weekend. It was a last minute decision. We had our dog with us. The room was spacious. Good kitchenette. AC worked. No issues with the bathroom. It had everything we needed. Lots of places to eat and was a nice walk to the centre for an ice cream. Good base for going out for the day, we drove to Kimberley and saw some waterfalls. We would stay again.

Disappointing to find there is no pool. It is filled in with rocks. Would be nice to see that area turned into a chill out area. Tables and chairs with a nice water feature....

My son and I had to rush in for a family emergency and I booked ahead etc. We were late checking in but they called me and explained that the office closed at midnight and that was fine. The only issue we had was that the toilet paper holder was broken but my son had a screwdriver with him so he fixed it! Not a big deal. It was comfortable and clean and warm. The floor with bare feet was really cold. Woke me up lol. For the price it was great. I would stay again.

It's not really a dislike but I am mobility challenged and not able to shower due to no accessibility such as a bar in the shower.

I was expecting bare bones at a budget roadside motel but in fact the room was attractive and very well equipped. The shower/bathroom were modern and excellent and the AC was efficient. There was a small kitchen unit as well. I would say that this was one of the best values have had for a long time while travelling.

The exterior of the property while not awful makes it look very ordinary.

Kitchenette, staff and the beds. It was cool so it was nice to have a great heater in the room... The room stayed warm for a long time.

Heater took us a minute to figure it out... But I never care for hotel heat/cooling units... Each one is different some are harder to figure out. This one was too bad though.

I had everything I needed in my suite. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the layout with the bedroom at the back of the suite as it was quiet. Lots of space in the suite which was great as I had my dog with me. Loved that there was no extra charge for pets, and having hard floors is great for pet-friendly rooms. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s on the main road through town. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely the cleanest hotel we've stayed at so far on this trip. The cleanest grounds and the cleanest rooms.

The main reason we stay at Motel 6 is because they're pet friendly without the fee. You could tell this one is a bit less pet-enthusiastic than the rest. There were no problems, yet if you're used to a nice pet relief area or getting a doggie bone and poop bag at check in, this isn't the place.

Our room was large with a microwave and fridge. We were there for 3 days so all of this was necessary. Also a large table with chairs to eat on and play games was a bonus.

Housekeeping guys were a bit too annoying. We caught them staring into our room several times.

Rooms were clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and quick. All staff were friendly. We had rooms next to each other on the ground floor and were able to visit each night and in the morning. The hotel was extremely busy but quiet. You could not hear who was in the next room at all. Will stay here again if I am ever in Cranbrook

Places clean. It was comfortable. Staff was friendly and held our room for a super late check-in. I definitely stay there again if I was in Cranbrook.

Parking lots a bit cramped. It is right off the highway. I put in my loops and I didn't hear any noise.
