Staff were all very friendly. The room was very well appointed, definitely one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Having breakfast included was a bonus, although we did pay $40 more in order for that to happen.

Summer weight comforters would have been nice. Even with the air conditioning on, to the point where only being covered with the sheet was cold, using the comforter was extremely warm. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I think a new mattress pad would fix that problem. The complimentary breakfast, which we did pay extra for, was passable but not exceptional. Not a lot of variety and the bananas were past their prime. For the $40 extra that we paid for breakfast, we could have gone to a restaurant and gotten a more substantial meal. Eating at the hotel is more convenient tho.

The Coast Tsawwassen is a modern hotel. It appears to have undergone a fairly recent renovation and upgrade. Our room was very large with a separate bedroom area and sitting room. Our room was extremely clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. All staff we spoke with were very friendly. In the morning the complimentary breakfast buffet was very impressive. There was a great selection of fruit, baked goods, juices, coffee and a choice of two hot breakfast wraps which were quite tasty. All in all this is a great hotel which I highly recommend. we will stay here again.

An easy 20 mins from Vancouver airport, good parking and out the back a gorgeous , safe neighbourhood for a morning jog before a simple but good buffet breakfast option. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel for convenience to the island ferry terminal but I’d happily come back and use for business travel, shopping at the nearby outlet mall or even for an in and out to the city.

I didn’t dislike any of it which is very unusual.

Loved this location I always love this hotel as its the best place for staying before going on the ferry to visit my uncle and aunt I love the new refurbishment of the hotel and rooms, and the coffee machine in every room which was comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were amazing the two days I stayed here

There wasnt anything I didnt like but the sink didnt fill up with water for a sink wash.

The room looked even larger and nicer in person than in the photos. I liked the layout of the room with the living area (with sofa bed) followed by the bathroom/microwave area and then the bedroom. The bathroom and bathtub were a very nice size. Since we were sharing the room with our kids, I appreciated the bedroom area having a sliding door for greater privacy. The view from our window was peaceful and pretty. The breakfast was included in the cost and great too! Also free underground parking - amazing! Also there were free laundry room facilities in the hotel and a large, well-lit gym room with tons of equipment. The hotel was right next to a restaurant which we very much appreciated when we arrived in the evening after several hours of driving. Finally, there was an espresso machine in the lobby which was fun to have access to.

I can't think of much - just a wish that the espresso machine didn't break on our second day there but we were only there for 2 nights. We really enjoyed staying there!

Breakfast was lovely with a very good selection of food & drink plus we had a very tasty evening meal the night before at Browns restaurant. We were very impressed with the size of our room & the location of the hotel was excellent for our onward journey to Vancouver Island, as it is very close to the ferry terminal.

There was nothing to dislike as everything was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location for trips to and from Vancouver Island because it is so close to the ferry terminal. I also like going to Brown's Social House which is adjacent to the hotel, and the underground parking.

I have checked into this hotel many times recently and each time I have been put off by the staff at the check-in desk. The lobby could be empty and still nobody even looks up from their monitors to acknowledge guests when they come in the door. You have to walk right up to the desk before anybody even looks up. I find this attitude to be more than a little off-putting and have mentioned it in previous reviews. It doesn't leave guests with a good first impression of the hotel.

Friendly staff reminded us of breakfast in the morning and were happy to call us a taxi when we checked out. Breakfast was enjoyable and was a good start to the day.

Unfortunately we checked in late after an international flight and didn’t get to use the facilities. Not their fault. Would have spent an extra night if itinerary wasn’t so tight.

Very clean and comfortable room. The living room with the sofa sleeper was in a separate room which was perfect for our needs. 2 large TVs with a good selection of channels. Nice underground parking out of the rain. Near the mall, restaurants and grocery stores.

Noisy neighbors at 2 and 4a.m. on our second night...not the hotels fault that people aren't considerate of those across or down the hall.

The cleanliness and the fact they didnt charge an arm and leg for my pet was superb! The entire hotel had a facelift and looked absolutely amazing! The contint.breakfast was stoked full with lots of options and the entire PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN!!!!!!!! Also, the 2nd floor are all suites! Very spacious.
