The unit was comfortable and had a modern look. Generally pretty quiet. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent.

I think it’s crazy paying for parking. It’s free in lots of nice hotels in Richmond and Victoria. No excuses for a place like Kamloops. The TV was big and the satellite channels are ok, but these days clients expect a TV to be able to link with their devices so they can steam their own content ( I couldn’t cast from my iPad or use my Amazon Firestick). The bathroom was clean, but the shower drain could use a cleaning (it was pretty slow).

We weren't able to get a table in the restaurant for dinner as they were very busy and as we weren't sure of our arrival time, we didn't pre book. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were able to get pizza delivered to the hotel using Uber app, which the reception staff were fine with. They did offer restaurant recommendations in local area, but we were feeling tired after our drive.

Staff excellent on booking in and dealing with problem over room which was quickly resolved. Excellent evening meal Quality bed linen and towels, extra tea bags provided on request. Pool great for a short relaxing swim

Designer of hotel has stupidly put suite room with extra space and sofa which you pay more for right next to the lifts and ice machine. Became obvious was going to be very noisy within half an hour of being in room. Hotel staff quickly responded to our request to change rooms.

We loved the outdoor pool and the view of downtown from our 5th floor room. The fridge was a little tight for the space it was stored in so really had to push the door closed or it popped open. The staff really made her feel special with the extra treats the desk man paid for a d wishing her a happy birthday each time we passed the lobby.

Was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast options included with the $300 a night fee but overall we enjoyed our night.

Hotel was clean, neat and tidy. Facilities were good, it was a typical Hilton. Beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless.

The restaurant was heavily dominated by an Indian menu. Whilst I love a good multicultural meal, the fact the options for anything else were severely limited was disappointing as one of our party does not like .

The guy after the lady wasn't very pleasant. Also, the lobby smelled really bad of body spray the next day, I couldn't stay for breakfast.

Cookies, opportunity for three beds and proximity to Sandman centre. Staff were very pleasant.

Bathroom was tight for a multi purpose room and recommend moving mirror outside bathroom where there is a plug in and more light. Having a sink in kitchen area would help a lot for a suite type room.

Breakfast as good, although toast underdone. Great sausages, nice fruit cocktail. Staff at both desk and in restaurant very helpful! Great location.

The food in the restaurant was lovely Rooms good size.

The noise level. There were children and adults shouting and banging doors most of the evening. I phoned reception to make them aware of this, but nothing was done. Bad service on their part.

The front desk attendant was extremely kind and helpful

unfortunately there is a lot of homeless people around . That is not something which is not in there control …. they also need more parking and definitely should not charge for parking . But it was close to the hospital and they were very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable.
