The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and some of the options varied day to day i.e. waffles or French toast, bacon or sausages. Loved the comfy mattress!! The room was a nice size and the little sectional sofa was a nice touch too. We didn't use the gym or pool this time but both areas looked very nice.

Lighting in the bathroom looked good but it was difficult to see well to do my make up. I've stayed in rooms before that have a light up magnifying mirror that is attached to the wall but swivels out to use. This would have been a good option.

Breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and modern, the tv was great, and the bed was comfy. it was clean, I really liked the shampoo and conditioner / body wash built into the shower, so much more practical than tiny plastic bottles

but the parking lot was a little small, considering the area is industrial and lots of people will have work trucks. Really bummed they skipped out on a hot tub, as the pool is tiny. also, a power bar at the desk should happen, having to pull a desk away from a table is a bit much to get to an outlet. I wish there were rooms with tub options for the bathroom.

Breakfast was good and unlike other Hotels this was a change. Location is not all that great. However despite being in downtown, the parking facility was good.

They could have kept at least 2 bottles of water in the room as it was hot and you are reaching the room tired only to realize that they don't have water in the room. Does it really cost that much for 2 small bottles of water? I don't think a customer wouldn't mind paying for water if he can book that room.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quite nice, as it is new. The bed was very comfortable as well. We had a walk-in shower, which I prefer, and the couch was nice as well. The included breakfast was quite adequate, with enough options to satisfy most. There is a gym, and pool. Both are decent.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is that the ac/ heater was fairly loud. It is a 2 stage unit, and when on the 2nd stage, the fan is quite loud. I am a light sleeper, so it would wake me up. Perhaps the 2nd stage could be eliminated for quiter operation.

Parking felt secure, nice quiet clean place, comfortable beds. Great to have access to washing machine. Basic breakfast included in price. Good to have the sofa bed so the kids could sleep in their own bed each. Had really nice pizza from a nearby restaurant.

Would have loved a kettle in the room. Needed to go down and ask for bedding for sofa bed (which was fine and staff got it very quickly). Some bacon or eggs would have been great with the breakfast!

Breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. When we pulled up to the location we were a bit worried about potential crime. We had no issues and the bed was AMAZING! We are going to rely on this hoe more often for our PG stays. Of all the three places we stayed at on this vacation this hotel was the nicest, cleanest, had the best breakfast and friendliest staff. Thank you!

Wonderful check-in experience set the tone for our brief stay: helpful receptionist allowed us to check-in early and put our friends next door. The room was spacious with a good TV, eclxcellent internet and a new bathroom. The hotel is within walking distance if many F&B outlets, too.

The mattress was soft and the breakfast was just OK. The hotel us in a sketchy neighborhood with a strip club and pool hall within 100 meters.

Great breakfast included, comfy beds, very clean, very nice staff. Good central location.

The parking isn't great, fills up quickly then you have to park in more risky areas. No carts to bring your bags to/from the room. The in-room coffee maker was a bit cheap, a bit tricky at times to get the button to work but, overall not a huge deal. Otherwise a great place to stay at a decent price.

The location is very good if you want to explore the downtown area. It is close to good restaurants and a brewery. The hotel is very nice and new, good breakfast.

The cleaning staff didn't do a great job of cleaning the hallways. There was an empty wine bottle in plain view on the floor near the elevators that wasn't removed for the two days we were there. The hallways could have used more regular vacuuming as it was obvious it wasn't being done regularly. Makes you wonder how thoroughly the rooms were being cleaned.

Our double queen room also had a very nice seating area which made it much more comfortable when bringing food back to the room. Nice touch. Loved the walk in shower rather than standard tub with shower. much safer for us older folk. Great hot breakfast in the morning included in the price, made for a quick and easy departure the following morning. Pricing was very reasonable compared to others.

Parking might be an issue if arriving late. There are some spots in the alley behind the hotel but don’t know if we would be comfortable with that. Check in desk was very small and must have been challenging for the two clerks to handle a line up of people waiting for late afternoon check-in on a long weekend. Even so, they managed efficiently and professionally.
