A nice and clean facility. Good beds. And a nice breakfast included at a small restaurant close to the motel.

You can hear the trafic on the road. However this was not disturbing for us.

I appreciated the convenience and inclusivity offered by the property. Specifically, we liked that it was easily accessible via a well-connected road. Additionally, the fact that the amenities were included, that we didn't have to pay extra for services or facilities during the stay. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast contributed to our positive experience, as it saved us time and hassle in the mornings. Overall, the property's convenience, inclusivity, and added value amenities appealed us.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was with the dryer, as it appeared to have melted plastic and was not functional. This raised concerns for me regarding a potential fire hazard.

We love the location and come back ever year. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The pool in the summer is a perfect place to cool off and read a book in a lawn chair. The owner has built a new pergola with a large hot tub in it as well as installed a sauna. He is continuing to add on a raised fire pit and other amenities. They offer breakfast but unfortunately we slept late so didn’t access this. Great location for hikes, restaurants, drive to Invermere for lake activities and Fairmont. A lovely gem!!!

The location was close to the Official Hot Springs Pool. It was an easy if bracing early morning walk into 'town' to the restaurant that does the breakfast for the Tyrol. Easy access to town and the highway for arrival / departure. Due to the time of year, the room rate was less. Good value for an overnight get away.

re. the Survey Question re. safety of area - you are in a wildlife corridor - you will encounter animals - so some caution is called for but the security of the facilities is good. Common areas are well lit so no feelings of being unsafe or surprises. That is the only reason for my rating for that question. Just now, the highway in front is the Alt Route for the Trans Canada Highway, so with the road closure (22:00 - 07:00 Hrs - daily ) at Golden means that more trucks pass by at night. This will resolve in very early 2024 - so don't let this put you off coming and staying. I found it quieter than being at home.

I loved the upper deck with new big hot tub, and the outdoor swimming pool was heated which was a pleasant surprise! The pool was actually way warmer than expected for an outdoor heated pool! It was raining when we stayed but the hot tub and pool was great to be in at the time. Also the staff were really friendly and accommodating!

The lighting in the room was a tad dim but it didn't bother us much since we were only there to relax and sleep. The bed was quite creaky with every move so if you're a light sleeper it wasn't great, but we had been camping prior, so again we didn't mind too much.

It is a hidden gem. The rooms are mediocre but the atmosphere is top notch! The pool and hot tub are clean, and lots of backyard space to spread out! It really surprised us at how cool this Motel really is!

Rooms require updates. But if you aren’t super particular about that stuff - it was awesome for us! Like a little apartment, a little dated but everything you need is right there. Microwave, Stove, Fridge, Sink, Coffeepot and utensils/cookware. It really has everything.

Charming motel in Radium. The owners were the sweetest hosts. The pool area was lovely even though we didn't get to enjoy it much as it was raining. We enjoyed the spa, but it was actually hard for my aging mom to get in and out. The room was cozy, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but the bed in the main room seemed great. The little kitchen was a great bonus and was well equipped. The place is really well located and you can walk everywhere. A great short stay.

Pool and hot tub were kept open til 11 pm due to the high heat. Staff were great, full kitchen in the room, lots of space. Free breakfast at Screamers was very tasty, way better than an old muffin and coffee at the usual included continental breakfast. This is an older motel, you can see the improvements bring made. Would definately stay here again.

No air conditioning. Fans in the room helped but ac would be better.

The pool and view from up there is amazing! There is also lots of little hangout spots around the motel where you can hangout and relax. It is also very central and you can easily walk to anywhere in town, from the motel. The staff were also super friendly.

The room could have been cleaner, especially when travelling with a little one that wants to put everything they find in their mouth. Otherwise it was great :)

The staff has been very friendly and patient with all our requests. Furthermore, we were impressed with the following improvements: -perfect breakfast arrangement from the local “Screamers” cafe with fresh and tasty breakfast selections. -best idea of using bathroom dispensers for all toiletries. - perfect surprise: Adult only corner at pool area. - housecleaning provided only on request: yeah!!! no more unnecessary knocking.
