We come here often and it’s a beautiful getaway and a great location, the rooms are very clean and taken care of.

The ONLY thing we find as an issue every time is the TV options. Obviously every hotel seems to have the issue of not a lot of channels so that’s to be expected. This one has a members lounge where you can choose from a variety of DVDs which is a great idea except the DVD players never seem to work. I think the idea of having a bunch of remotes to figure out is a bit dated and to go through all that both visits only to not have the option of a dvd at all was a bit disappointing.

Great location with lots to do for families. Staff were super helpful and very well trained in customer service. The pools were lovey, with a warm outdoor pool to relax in even when it's cold outside.

The restaurants and grocery store on site were expensive. The apartment didn't have proper blinds so it was very bright in the morning- difficult to have a lie in!!

Breakfast in room Restraunt locations are in a good location Unfortunately they were not all open We had a really tasty meal and service was great for a dinner meal

Recycling bins located in the building we were staying at Fitness centre opened up at 6 am so that guests could excercise early then get ready for the day and excursions

The condo was immaculate and there was a nice welcome gift for us. Lovely touch that. The condo was a short walk to the gondola so really perfect for our stay. We could not have asked for anything more for our Christmas stay and would happily return.

The patio door had issues with the locking mechanism but it was rectified fairly promptly. There can be a fair amount of noise from the upstairs guests so we would perhaps look to get an upper floor condo next time. All in all though no major complaints and a perfect location.

It was our first time in Panorama. Check-in time isn't till 5 PM but they let us check-in early as our rooms were ready. The staff at the central check-in are very friendly and informative. The lodge itself is beautiful, the room looks very cozy. The panorama springs pool is just a walking distance from the lodge.

If you get hot easily, I don't believe the lodge has an AC but the room had ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room.

Amazing location with everything you need located at the resort. Many hot tubs, 2 pools and good activities. The restaurant at the golf course was very good with beautiful views. Our young male server at the cliffhanger restaurant was exceptional.

Many of the staff didn’t seem to want to be there, they seemed unhappy, lacked expression and emotion. It was the non Canadians that seemed most unhappy with their jobs. These are customer service positions and it’s very simple to make someone smile and help them enjoy their experience. Also the room had no air conditioning and it was a 30 degree day.

The room was better than expected spacious and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Enjoy the proximity to the lifts And having the private hot tubs for the building the ski lockers were also an added bonus. He did underground parking with an unexpected surprise

room cleanliness could be improved slightly as we found left behind clothing under furniture. Communication between chicken stock and concierge‘s also was not congruent

Beautiful room with all the amenities. Rustic mountain feel yet modern. Gorgeous view off my deck. The whole resort is accessible and within suitable walking distance for young children. So much to do at the resort for children and adults alike!

Very nice apartment, easy to check in out. We were there for skiing, very good experience, after you park the car everything is easily to access without car, there shops and bars in village, wellness facilities, fitness, no additional costs.
