The staff are very friendly! ^_^ Breakfast was great! Place was very clean and had everything needed for a confortable stay! Felt very safe at this location! Kitchen was amazing! The area around is peaceful with a beautiful park nearby. For the price this place is amazing

Bedrooms themselves are a bit small but thats a nitpick really. Pool was going through cleaning or simething so it wasnt open during outr three day stay but it is there.

We had expected a continental breakfast and were pleased to see a variety of hot items as well (bacon, sausage, eggs). The Lodge is located one block off the highway so we didn't hear a lot of highway noise. And although the facility is older, it is clean and well-cared for. Als9, easy access ro a variety of eating places.

Clean, quiet, decent, very nice staff, very good in general. No problems at all. Away from the highway. Bonus for me: the kitchen!

I do not remember anything seriously negative. I am still not used to the prices charged these days by hotels and motel in Canada, so, I could say in general that the price is a deterrent for me to travel more. I chose this motel because it was cheaper, not cheap, but cheaper than others. And located away, a few blocks away, from the highway.

The room is clean and big. They allowed us to check in early which is pretty nice. Good breakfast as well. Location is great, walking distance to nice restaurant and stores.

the pool was under renovation but it was okay tho, they did informed us ahead of time that it was under renovation.

Close to center and hot breakfast included was great!

There was no hair dryer in the room. What if it is winter? It would be difficult to dry hair after showering. Please include this in the room as most people expect hair dryers when they book hotels. Also hair dryers are not expensive.

Have you seen the tub in the rooms? It was so big and just what we needed after two days of riding our motorcycles. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. For being a block off the hwy it was quiet.

The website states the pool is closed due to covid, yet it was open. Didn't see coffee with the free breakfast, maybe I missed it but there wasn't much to pick from.

We liked the convenience of the breakfast, also the gazebo area and deck area where one could relax and visit. The wild life coming to feed on the apples was enjoyable, got some nice pictures of them.

microwave in room could stand an upgrade, it worked but not well.

Radium Lodge is a place where we love to stay every time we visit the surrounding area. The staff are great and the service is always good.

we always like the service and the accommodation in the Lodge. They need to give the place a little TLC but over all we had an awesome stay and enjoy our time there.
