We were very pleased with this hotel. It’s not fancy, but it is reasonably priced, clean & the staff was wonderful! Dezzy checked us in. He was absolutely wonderful! We were riding on a motorcycle and didn’t feel like getting on the bike to go to the hot springs. Dez drove us and picked us up. We greatly appreciated his kindness and assistance, especially after our long ride. They supplied nice towels and more than just two towels. We had everything we needed for a nice stay for 1 night before we travelled on our way. Thank you to Dezzy & Steve! Jim & Shauna

We adored everything about the property; the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The owner Steve is highly benevolent and amicable. The stay here is worth every penny you pay, and we have never been blown away by the exceptional sanitary surroundings. Should we return to Radium, this is the place we prefer! I am a hygiene fanatic, and I was swept off when I placed my bare foot on the floor. I could not feel a trace of dust, so now you can imagine how clean the bathroom floor was; the place is nicely kept and hush! Highly recommend ❤️

We didn’t expect to see a tea kettle, a teapot as well as a coffee pot! It was close to amenities so you could walk to the restaurant etc. the beds were very comfortable, my sister really liked the sheets!! Lol. There were a lot of pillows. It was just a comfortable place!! There were plenty of outdoor places to sit and relax with lots of BBQ’S and a fire pit on the balcony/terrace as well as in the yard and a huge watering trough for the dogs!

Non adjustable shower head, which resulted in the floor getting wet. I’m taller so that wasn’t an issue for me but it was for my brother and sister.

We booked last November and got a very good rate. On arrival we were upgraded to a better room and it really was nice! Two beds (queen and king). The room was spotless and all the furnishing and bedding very new and clean. The motel is charming and has a gazebo, fire pit and various outdoor games areas. The location is stunning and the AC works well (though it’s a little noisy). What’s not to like! We’ll be back, for sure.

AC was a bit noisy but maybe I only noticed it because the motel and the neighbourhood are so quiet. A small thing, really.

The room was clean, fresh smelling and attractively decorated. The air conditioner worked well. There was sufficient room for a cpap on both sides of the bed. All the appliances worked as designed. A barbecue and a firepit was available for our use. The drapes to darken the room worked well. A nice restaurant is near by for breakfast and it is next door to the fire station so if there was ever a fire this place should get quick relief. We also spotted 20 big horn sheep within a mile of this motel.

it didn’t have an elevator.

All was excellent, beds and pillows were especially notably comfortable, fresh & clean; bathroom impeccable; black out curtains and good blinds worked exceptionally. Welcoming reception late at night was much appreciated.

Everything supplied was perfect so I'd have to really search to answer this question, but notable was the loudness above - not much you can do about that but tell the users to settle their stomping and dropping down if needed, but I didn't. A few more coffee supplies maybe such as creamers? That's it!

The motel was super clean. The atmosphere was updated retro. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Walkable to stores and restaurants and even a park. Great value for the (very reasonable) cost. And they're pet friendly!

There was nothing we didn't like.

I loved everything . There was a park close by for the kids where we went for a picnic. The hotel room was super clean and convenient as we had a two bedroom with Kitchenette which allowed Us the convenience of heating up supper with the kids when they got hungry. Plus bonus apartment size refrigerator ++to bring our own food. The staff went out of there way to accommodate my girlfriend and I with our four kids . When I phoned the front desk for a white noise machine the owner Steve answered the phone and got ahis front desk gal to bring us a ghetto blaster with a radio to accommodate us:) The little Colombian lady at the front desk was more then helpful which truly made our one night stay excellent. It was a perfect little gem with an unbeatable price. Checkin was smooth We will definitely come again!

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had area with grass, perfect for young families and dogs. It was beside a deck set up for bbqs

Friendly staff, clean, quite room. Good value and had two separate bedrooms which was a nice feature.

fridge and cable not plugged in when we arrived. TV remote had dead batteries, but front office staff cheerfully replaced them!
