This hotel was great from the moment we stepped in. Very friendly reception and there was everything you'd want in a complimentary breakfast with super folks working the dining area. The bed was so comfortable I checked to see who made the mattress. We stayed on our way to our destination then again on our return. When I walked into the lobby, the receptionist ALREADY had us checked in and in our same room! She also set me up with a frequent travel perk on my first night. I asked for a suggestion for dinner on the second stay and another receptionist directed us to a great restaurant in town. Wow!

That we had to leave the next day...haha. This is a great hotel!

This motel was exceptional. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Being able to park in front of room was great. The grounds of motel were very well landscaped, lots of grass, flowers and trees. Plenty of outside seating areas around property, especially the chairs area on the river front behind the hotel. The pool and 2 hot tubs ( one inside and 2nd outside) were fantastic, clean and the perfect temperatures. The modern lounge chairs on the outside patio around the hot tub and fireplace were great. The hot and cold breakfast Included with the room in a very nice restaurant offering inside or outside patio option to sit was also exceptional. Overall a great motel experience in Sicamous BC.

Great breakfast, we stayed two nights and on the second day, the staff provided a different hot entree. There was even flavoured cream in the fridge which is hubby’s favourite. The little fridge in our room is the first small fridge in a hotel with a freezer compartment that actually worked! This is definitely a first in all our travels. Good staff, hotel tidy and well maintained. Enjoyed the river patio at the back of the property.

The room smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke when we first walked in but the smell dissipated over time.

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are 2 hot tubs and even though it was raining we enjoyed a soak in the one outdoors as it was on an enclosed patio with a fireplace and had a cozy appeal. The breakfast room is beautiful with an outdoor patio. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection from yogourt, cereal, fruit to omelets, bacon, eggs and make your own waffles.

Nothing. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our road trip and this one was the best. Great value for the money and if ever looking for a place to stay in Sicamous I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was first rate…lots of choices and fresh.

I had messaged them that we would be arriving between 2 and 3 and we had to wait for our room to be cleaned, they offered us a pet room at 3 which was unacceptable so took another room which had been cleaned and we could have checked in there at 2. This option was not offered to me before we turned down the ‘ pet friendly’ room. Restaurants in Sicamous are limited.

Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in!! When we left we were still talking about how clean our room was and very spacious.

Would have liked to be able to back our truck in to park as we were carrying a snowmobile. But understand why and then realized there is a parking arm at the entrance of the parking lot so that made us feel a little more at ease

I was pleasantly surprised as i have stayed in other Best Western hotels and this one far exceeded any expectations and compared to the rest, this was luxury for sure! The staff were unbelievable and so sweet!!! I'll definitely be back, hopefully every year!! Thank you staff!

I honestly can't think of anything at this point that could be better. The breakfast eggs changed daily which was lovely change from day to day, the staff in the kitchen were so wonderful!

Warm and friendly hotel staff,spacious room and parking lot, well-equipped facilities in the room.clean and hygienic, with sufficient water in the shower,rich variety of breakfast.excellent hotel location. Second stay. Prices have gone up since it's summer, but still highly recommended.

Big price increase.

Excellent location with very clean and comfortable accommodation. We shared a two-bedroomed suite and there was more than enough room for all making it very good value for money. Air-conditioning was very effective. Nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There is an indoor jacuzzi but the jets were not working during our stay. Breakfast was excellent with very helpful staff on hand.

Lack of a lift so heavy suitcases had to be carried upstairs.

the staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bathroom like new and very modern. Comfy beds. Nice hot breakfast buffet, plain but a nice variety and choices for everyone.

It is right next to the Trans Canada highway. Convenient but a lot of traffic noise. And expect a wake to p call from the Tim Hortons drive thru speaker at 0630. 🙄
