We absolutely love staying here, one of our favorite properties in Winnipeg. Great beds, incredible sleep, easy check in and check out.

Unfortunately, this hotel still has some noise issues at night. No matter what floor we select, seems the party is right above us or in the hallway. Also, I'm hoping this hotel will one day embrace basic technology and have USB lamp chargers placed beside the beds.

I like there are 3 restaurants to choose from . I had a handicap accessible room where the bed was low enough for me to get in and out of with little trouble. Bathroom had a walk-in shower which was perfect for me at this time

I was in a power wheel chair cause had surgery a few weeks ago. The hallway access to the rooms didn’t have handicap access and I found the doors heavy and awkward to open

We requested a room close to the elevator so my husband would have as few steps as possible. We received exactly that. It was nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

. Not very up-to-date as far as location of plugs for charging devices and the room took a long time to warm up

I asked for a room away from the elevator and not facing Regent Ave. My room was at the very end of the hallway not facing Regent. Nice and quiet for a Friday night.

I prefer a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom fan didn't seem to work. It made no sound and the mirror fogged up. Minor stuff.

The restaurant was very good. Good food and great service. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The shampoo and soap were very lovely.

The hotel room was good , but the view from the room was of a wall. We heard the elevator motor running quite loudly in the room. A different room would have been nicer.

Fridge door didn't always stay closed. Homeless people picking through the garbage at the front of the hotel.

My stay was great . Front desk young lady was wonderful and personable. 😁 When checking out again front desk girl was very nice thanked me for my stay said " happy new year" . Great customer service 👏 👌

No parking close by.... bags were heavy to carry.. parking lot really needed to be plowed. Pillows were very thick hurt my neck need other pillows , pillows need to be more flat softer memory foam or bamboo.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Most hotels have your room all picked out prior to arrival. This Canad Inn gives you a choice of what level you would like your room. Close to all kinds of shopping, mall, Costco, Home Depot, Michaels and so much more. And the Event Center is right there with some great things happening.

The room was clean and dusted however, I think they forgot to vacum the floor as I found bits of foil and paper pieces on the floor.

Was nice to wake up early and workout with my partner. Spots are booked, so the gym is all yours. They also set up a tea package as per my request. Nice to walk right to the casino without having to leave the building.

Staff informed us there was a buffet going for breakfast and then lunch/supper. We showed up around 11 and found out that wasn't true. We just finished a fasted workout. So. A bit cranky lol but aside from that - a lovely, clean hotel and staff.

was walking distance to the concert we attended that evening. There was a long line for guest checking in to hotel, upon observing that I was unable to stand for long periods of time due to my disability, one of the staff brought me a chair and assisted with our check-in promptly :). The buffet served in the restaurant that evening was exceptional given the number of guests they were serving that evening there was always fresh food on the buffet. Food was hot and delicious. Concert hall was attached to the hotel as well as a casino where they held a draw after the concert. Staff cleaned the bathrooms after each person used the bathrooms in respect with COVID, a job well done there :)
