Breakfast had a good variety. The room was spacious and absolutely perfect for a family of 8. Pool was fantastic. My kids had so much fun. They have a scavenger hunt for the kids and themed rooms. My kids loved the lion king bedding. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff, for the most part, were extremely friendly and helpful.

They have family rooms that can easily accommodate a family of 8 but they gave us some trouble at check in, even though we had cleared it with a manager. There was no bacon. Roku TV was difficult to get working properly. In the end we just turned it off and used the other TV.

Friendly staff and accommodated out late check out, great hot tub in the pool area, good breakfast. In the room, it was clean, comfy bed, and awesome there was a fridge.

Housekeeper knocked on our door when we had a do not disturb sign. When we came in apparently someone accidently charged my card instead of pay at desk. No biggie. But Didn't realize this until I wrote a review is that The images of the room we saw on booking was different than we actually got. We had a tiny couch, and one sink, and smaller room, where as we saw a large couch with two sinks and larger space.

The staff were just wonderful--enormously helpful. After I left a bottle of pills in my room, one of them, Sharon, spent a lot of time trying to find out if she could send them through the mails to me in the USA. But all the staff were helpful. The room was wonderfully well-lit (I mention because the previous hotel skimped on lighting), comfortable. The hot breakfast was great. All in all, terrific.

Breakfast was good like that there was coffee and soup available at check in as well view was low rating just because hotel uner construction im sure would have been fine otherwise

Was not anything in particular that i didn't like wish that the pool wasnt so busy and that there was a place to sit when i went but that was no fault to the hotel

Very clean and modern looking. Comfortable. I liked that there was a love seat in the room. I appreciated my two big dogs were allowed to stay (small additional cost). No extra charge for my second dog, just a flat fee. Staff even gave me two bags of treats for them! So cute. Loved the breakfast options in the morning, so thankful that’s offered and included for free. Grabbed a couple quick things for the road in the morning. Thanks Super 8!

The fridge didn’t have the usual small freezer compartment, which I needed to refreeze an ice pack.

Breakfast was delicious a little more English muffins and bananas less sausages very good variety wonderful staff

No points cause we thought we booked directly otherwise everything was wonderful great staff

Breakfast had great hot food. Rooms were clean, with the exception of a few gross stains on the walls and ceiling of our room.

The bus load of kids that pulled in and we’re wreaking havoc in the pool unattended definitely put a damper on our trip.

room was clean..breakfast was ok ...coffee was really good ....

why are there not fans in the bathrooms...even for privacy....was not thrilled that I had to make my own bed...I do it everyday at home & I felt I deserved a break from doing that...

I liked the fresh fruit at breakfast and the size and depths of the pools made me feel comfortable.

The stairwells didn't smell as clean as the rest of the hotel but I'd imagine that's chalked up to the puppies frequenting the stairs

The breakfast was great, they provided a pack and play for my 6 month old which helped me out huge. The pool was perfect for all ages.

They could switch between sausage and bacon in the breakfast and parking was a bit tough.
