Whats not to like it's cozy, warm& welcoming most of all PET FRIENDLY 😻🐈‍⬛️🐈 also has a wonderful sea view, balcony/deck view outside & even from ur room window u can enjoy that beautiful sea view excellent customer service, room is fully equipped an exceeds expectations you can enjoy watching movies or even hook up a gaming console to play your favorite video games on a flat screen tv that also includes cable fibre-op/Roku television to enjoy watching television n relax, WIFI, mini-fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, kettle, dining table an chairs dresser an night stand, queen size bed in a beautifully modern style room with pictures hanging beautifully on the walls

D8dnt have a broom or mop to clean&tidy up an laundry on site should be available to wash dirty towels, wash cloths n or have laundry detergent in rooms an dish soap, should also have some reusable cups, plates/bowls n utensils for the off seasons when the kitchen is closed

Despite the change, after booking, for breakfast to be declared off season, we found the Inn by the bay very nicely situated with 2 levels and a nice view. Room was equipped with all amenities and even though the stairs to access upper level were in need of upgrade. I would recommend the front desk staff to inquire as to the age if the guest before assigning an upper level room for ease of access since an older person would not be able to use these stairs. It was late October for our stay and Bouctouche Bay Inn made a very good price for the little motel property facing the Atlantic. So its best features were price and location. We booked online and only spoke by phone for entry but front desk was willing to assist when tv was challenging to turn on.

I like this kind of quiet and lovely location so the only problem I had was operating the tv which was angled oddly from bed and remote control did not always turn on. We had to unplug tv several times to manage but maybe that was our lack of knowledge. As I said before the outside stair access to upper level needs upgrade.

The front desk lady was so friendly. She brought me to my room. She explained and showed how to use the digital lock. She showed and explained how to use the remotes to the TV. She even said that in the morning she would make us a nice breakfast. The next morning we were asked how we liked our eggs and she said she would bring it out fresh. The breakfast was delicious.. The rooms are away from the main road so we didn't hear any traffic. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable. Thank you

The place is older compared to what a lot of people want. BUT look pass that and it is comfortable and clean and that is what we needed for a night or two.

As we were staying off-season we were aware that breakfast is not being provided at this time. There was a microwave, coffee maker and kettle in the room and we were happy to make our own breakfast and coffee before getting on with our day. It was also VERY quiet - probably due to not many guests the night we stayed but it was very relaxing.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The property is somewhat dated but everything worked and again, it was very clean and that means a lot to me as a guest.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean It was close to the event we were attending that evening. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh fruit, cereal, toast, eggs and sausage. Can’t beat the price for what you get.

The only thing that could use improving in the visibility of the sign as it’s hidden behind a bunch of branches and a light for the driveway to make it visible.

Overall: We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful person upon check-in. The room was a decent size. Our view was lovely. The place is a bit older than expected by the photos, needs some small touchups but it is a great spot to relax. There is a little pond as well to sit by peacefully. Being off-season, breakfast was not available. Quick drive to town.

Another room, either beside or underneath us, left a very noisy, grindy sounding fan running all night. Was hard to get a good sleep.

Breakfast was great. Location easy to find, nice view of the bay, beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind, and made efforts to accommodate husband's mobility problems. Air exchanger in the room, but the night was cool so did not need it. Pretty gardens. Nightlight in the bathroom. Great deal for a low cost small town motel.

Rooms are spacious. Quiet area. You can tell they are just getting things up and running for tourist season.

It’s off season, no office to have a traditional check in/out. I’m sure during regular season it’s great, was just odd. Property needs some maintenance, but we are still in off season & they were working while we were there.

They had an excellent breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful the room was clean and had lots of amenities, such as minifridge, coffee maker, microwave and mini-split

Some instructions regarding the television and what channels were available would have been helpful

This is an upgraded two story motel in a rustic setting outside Bactouche NB. All rooms have a view of the bay. The staff was friendly and helpfull and breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean with modern facilities. We brought our bicycles and benefitted from the proxemity to the trails.

The common upper balcony is very narrow and difficult to navigate with suitcases around the deck chairs.
