The hotel is excellent. Right in the tourist section of St John but not noisy. Everything was clean and worked as expected.

The location. St. John is a little un-impressive (some nice bars but not many). Being a stupid American (not that Canadians aren't also Americans), I booked my stay around Victoria day. Sunday night was quite, as expected, but waking up on Monday to Victoria Day I thought I was in a post apocalyptic movie. Everything was shut down. No people around except for the unemployed. I finally found one Tim Horton's open. Went out to Bay of Funday to experience the tides since they were not closed. In the evening the bars and restaurants were open.

Location was perfect! The Staff, Daniel, Tara exceptional! Everyone else was also very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They are pet friendly including our kitty. Many places are labeled "pet friendly" but they usually are dog friendly, but not cat friendly. LOVED this place! Also, parking is secure. We were concerned because we had our e-bikes and cargo carrier. Daniel took great care of us and parked us in a safe location

Sound in the halls was a bit loud, but other than that nothing else was a problem

I thought breakfast was good, great selections and the staff in the dining room was excellent too. Friendly, efficient service consistently. Hotel amenities were great, comfy beds and the location can't be beat!

I think providing vouchers for only half the room occupants wasn't a great experience. 4 of us in the room, only 2 vouchers...Breakfast for my 2 kids shouldn't cost $50, it's a detterant to eating breakfast in the hotel for families. Great for solo travellers or couples.

The 2 girls at the front desk in the evening were amazing the valet parking guy was very friendly and would ask us how our day was and where we went and I think that was very nice. We drove in on a motorcycle and he was genuine with his questions he was awesome

The air conditioner was a portable window unit. It wasn't horrible but it would have been nice to be able to open the windows. I know it probably can't be helped but it would have been nice to not see through seagull poop on the windows and the stains on the windows from weather. Other then that no complaints

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, modern and comfortable.

The risotto was very strange and actually left me feeling rather unwell. And at about 7.00am there was an incredibly loud noise coming from somewhere outside our windows. Fortunately it only lasted about 30 minutes. But the hotel itself was fine.

The street location was charming and fun.

The garage parking was a bit challenging. I parked the car and my partner took our things to the room. I was a bit apprehensive walking through the carpark to the entrance door, it would have been nice to have more lighting and/or a door person. The next morning going back to the car there was a homeless person inside the doorway just as you go out. He did not say or do anything but it was bit startlingly.

Didn't the garage formerly have a big Delta sign at the final turn driving up to the 6th floor? The blank walls don't tell us we are near the door. From previous visits we were OK.

The room was ok but we did not find the beds to be comfortable. I guess there's no bed like our own bed. The room was way too far for us to walk, Had we known we would have asked for one close to the elevator. I had heart issues getting back to our room after our delicious dinner in your MIX Resto Bar and had to take 2 doses of nitro to make it back. It was 6pm and i I immediately had to go to bed where I slept till 7AM the next day. Not much fun for my dear wife who was worried that I'd had another heart attack.

The walk to our room was too far for us to walk. We should have asked for one closer to the elevator.

Very nice hotel situated in a very central area.

The doors need some kind of device to reduce the noise made when closing. We where woken by other rooms doors slamming at night and early in the morning.

Location was walking distance to everything. Staff was outstanding and very friendly.

You had to slam your door shut to make sure it was closed.
