Very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. Although my room for the first night had a bad smell they were able to move me to a room which was most comfortable for the remainder of my stay. The breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff were wonderful

I wasn’t aware there was no elevator but fortunately there was a very helpful maintenance staff who carried my bags up the stairs. The breakfast room was always too busy and so I took it to my room. A bit pricy for a somewhat rural location

Breakfast was very good! Room was nice and big. Temperature in room for sleep stayed nice and cool all night as opposed to many other motels where the air shuts down at night and you wake up hot in the middle of the night. I slept the whole night through!

The bathroom was very small. In room coffee was awful! Did not like that there was no elevator, kind of difficult lugging suitcases up all the stairs. Did not like the section we were in to be unattached to the main building. Therefore didnt use the pool as I wasn't going to walk around in my bathing suit and towel. Ditto for the gym. Usually I use both of those facilities.

Breakfast was lovely. Good selection. One day Scrambled eggs, back bacon, the next scrambled eggs with a. House of sausage &/or vegan sausage. Boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit plus the normal bread products. Even banana bread. Clean, staff friendly & helpful. Excellent coffee. Beds & pillows were wonderful. Also the duvet

Everything was to my satisfaction. Nothing I disliked. I enjoyed having a sofa in the room, also footstool & little end table. Fridge was certainly nice to have. Comes stocked with normal items in all hotels. Bathroom was small, but was fine for us.

The breakfast was almost perfect, two types of meat and there were beans. I didn’t see boiled eggs. The kids were so happy to eat strawberries. The room was spacious.

There are no black out curtains. Actually the light dimming ones were more of a decoration so the sun was shining really bright very early in our room. Because of that we also couldn’t prevent being seen from the outside in the evening.

Door knob in bathroom needs repair ( very loose. Faucet fixture in shower needs replacement Poor lighting— just a couple lamps provided in the room Rooms are outdated Complimentary buffet breakfast constantly running out of refills from food to plate wares

Rooms were clean and comfy.

Our family went down for early breakfast. Dining room was absolutely disgusting. Beer cans everywhere, pizza boxes, half eat pizza slices on tables along with half eaten bags of chips. No attempt made to clean up the night before party before breakfast patrons arrived.

Pool was great, breakfast was excellent.

Nothing in particular was bad. We were told that the breakfast went to 10, however it ended at 9. Luckily the staff hadn’t cleaned it up yet as we arrived at 9. Missed out on some food options but of the selection available it was all great.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. A large variety of choices, hot and cold, and a lovely breakfast room. Front desk staff were excellent, particularly the young lady who checked us in and was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had environmentally friendly botanical soap/shampoo/conditioner all in large bottles attached to the wall. So much better than disposables.

Everything was excellent. One small, minor suggestion would be improve the breakfast coffee at the breakfast buffet. ☕️ It was quite weak, but everything else was excellent! 😊

Breakfast was good. It was crowded in the area most days but good food choices. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location for us.

There wasn't anything other than the price of accommodations. Perhaps if doing renovations, they could enlarge bathroom, very small.

The room and the common areas seemed recently renovated, bright and clean. Very good breakfast, we appreciated the waffle makers and the fresh fruit. Very friendly (genuinely friendly) staff.

The bathtub was draining very slowly (clogged, I guess), not pleasant to have a shower. Very small bathroom.
