Like the location, stuff and top of that the cleanness of the cloths that are used. Ice maker was available in the front office and enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Everything is closed by like Tims, MacD and Wendy's was just opposite. 10 min drive to blue mountain village parking.

Requested a water boiler electric Jar for warm drinking water during my booking time. I got the confirmation but when I asked upon my check-in time, the manager requested me to use microwave. I found a light smell when I entered the room. I think would be good to use a very light good room freshener so that customer's first impression would go well. I believe room carpets are time to replaced.

No breakfast was included so I brought a few items to have for breakfast. There was a small fridge to keep them in. I missed having a coffee in the morning - none available. The facilities were very clean and spacious and the building was quiet. It would, however, have been nice if there was an automatic entry to the Inn. My husband is handicapped and I had to hold the doors for him to get into the lobby. Generally, it was a pleasant stay at the Luxury Inn while we were in Collingwood.

I would suggest that there be a button installed to open the doors into the Inn. It is difficult for those who are handicapped who need assistance to get inside.

The location was perfect, it’s close to restaurants, grocery, Tim Hortons. The room was quiet, bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little thick for me, but that’s a personal thing. I always travel with my own pillow. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent value!

only wished there was a coffee maker in the room because I had to leave very early before breakfast and would have loved to have brewed a cup before leaving.

The staff were really nice and we had a nice stay: very quiet and clean, with a nice class of guests. Just what we were looking for.

The pillows were very uncomfortable: Like trying to sleep on a block of rubber. Also, the coffee was tidied away too early. It would have been nice to have a coffee around brunch time; not everyone is an early riser on vacation, or after a long drive.

Location is great. Enough parking. Room was spotless and all appliances worked. The bashtab was deep - great for taking a bath. Coffee machine is in a hallway. Free wifi.

The bed linen was a little yellowish color. Should be replaced. Shampoo bottle was not brought next day. Could add more hangers. A/C was not adjustable.

Nice location near restaurants. New family owners that were very welcoming and helpful. Exceptionally clean, quiet and tidy. Great walk into Main St and back for some exercise. The heater/ ac unit was whisper quiet a real plus for sleeping.

Nice clean room. Quiet. Central location to our needs. Coffee maker not used but ice machine handy. Good check out time. Good parking - easy to enter Motel with luggage. Queen beds very good after a day's drive. TV nice and large. Over all very good for the cost. Local breakfast facilities close by.

The price is just right. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Bed sheets were tidy and the beds were comfortable. Toilets were neat , organized and smelled nice. They didnt have an elevator as the building just have two floors so it wasn't really needed. The furniture was a little old fashioned but comfy enough to sleep in. The building is quite airy and full of light. Not dingy or smelly like a couple of other hotels i have stayed at. Wi fi speed was great. The tv actually worked and had good cable channels on. Was close to the shops and other shopping area. Would definitley stay again

A change to updated or modern furniture and some more decorations to amp up the rooms wiuld be awesome. More electric lighting in the rooms would bring more life.

A quiet stay… very comfortable beds. Close to a lot of Amenities. A very hot week of weather but the A/C worked very good.

They had a Kerig coffee machine but put everything away It would be nice to have it available all hours . Maybe include a few small food items in the morning… muffins, bananas etc … a continental type breakfast .

We needed an affordable room for a family attending a wedding. It suited our needs.

The front desk was friendly and helpful to a degree but not often not available. We left our keys at check out time as no one was at the desk.
