For such a low price, I expected a basic room. Boy, was I surprised when I opened the door. The room looked like it was recently redecorated, including a rain shower head and a handheld head in the shower. The decor was neutral and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, which surprised me because it was a lot softer than the one at home. I will definitely be back.

Oddly, there was no closet, not even a clothesrail. There were hangers supplied, but I do not know where I would have hung anything up. Since I was only there 1 night, it didn't matter but it was odd. Oh, and the parking lot desperately needs repaving. It is so broken up, it may be keeping people away.

Everything was great here! Going back home from New Brunswick and needed to rest after long drive. The staff were very accommodating to our needs as we were delayed in our drive. They left a key in a lock box on door handle because we arrived 3 hours later than planned. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing!! Staff were also very  sympathetic with our situation. Since we arrived at 1 am, they graciously allowed for a later checkout for us! There was a Keureg in the room with milk and creamer packets in mini fridge, which I was very grateful to see!!

There was nothing I disliked about staying at the Regency!!

Rooms are always clean! The property management team is amazing! They created more than inn! They made it comfortable making you feel right at home, keeping the suits clean and maintaining the property beautifully. It's my number one place to find peace and quiet. I have never been disappointed.

I can honestly say there hasn't been any issues in my experience, staying at the regency inn! If I had to make a choice and say what I "didn't like" they are always booked! So it's a hit and miss when wanting to stay at the inn.

The location was convenient to our travel route. The room had a little fridge, microwave, and Keurig. In addition to supplying some k-cups, they also left some small packages of dairy creamer in the fridge. The shower was nice - looked like it had been recently renovated - it had a Rain Shower head as well as a handheld with a convenient way to switch between the two.

The room had a strong air freshener scent when we arrived - I would have preferred scent-free. The mattress seemed a bit old.

Great location; right off the highway, but far enough that you don't see/hear it. The room was very clean, quiet, and had been renovated, so it felt very modern. The rain shower was incredible, a nice little slice of luxury that was much needed after driving all day! This hotel/motel was fantastic for the price. I was just as comfortable as I would have been in a larger hotel/chain, but at a fraction of the price. I would stay again, as it's a perfect halfway point if road tripping from Southwest Ontario to out East.

I don't really have any complaints. I was a little weary of safety being two female travellers sleeping on the main floor, but we had no issues. Everyone else staying at the motel kept to themselves, and we slept safely and soundly.

Conveniently located close to the downtown area, the room I stayed in this motel was freshly renovated and in immaculate condition, the bathroom: exceptional! I made a last minute booking just 5 hours before arriving, and would arrive after the front desk was closed. The person in charge was able to make arrangements for me to access the room, even though no-one would be there to give me the keys; this was an exceptional experience to me.

Nothing negative to say

If you are looking for a place for a stopover on your travels, don't overlook this. The price was good, newly renovated room, being able to have the dog, bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee, even though we didn't use it was a bonus. We will book this place again on our next trip back from New Brunswick. This low price motel even supplied shampoo and conditioner and nice fluffy towels. Across from some of the higher priced hotel chains and half the price, one of which we would have had to bring the dog down a flight of stairs to bring her outside, here we opened the door and go for our walk. Only thing they asked was pick up after her, common sense!

The pillows were too flat and the hot water wasn't hot enough. This doesn't prevent us from coming back though!

This motel was a lovely surprise. The room was completely updated, had everything you would need for a night stay, frig, microwave, Kuereg coffee maker, real cream in the frig and coffee pods supplied. Nice decor, looked like it had been recently updated, and the bathroom was new as well.. We arrived early, and we were able to check in early, which was much appreciated.

There was no breakfast offered at this location. Coffee was available in the room.

We stayed in room 7 next to the office. The room was large and clean. The floors are old but we were told the will be replaced due to a flood in the room. The shower head was broken so we let the front desk know, it was not an inconvenience for us.

The room was very clean and nicely renovated. The walk-in shower and rainshower head were great. Beds were comfy - maybe a little bit firm. Controlled heat/cool with heat pump is a great feature.

Needed utensils and none were available. A bit pricey for having no breakfast or room amenities (no microwave).
