The receptionist gave us a nice welcome and we were able to check-in earlier. She also gave us some good ideas for short easy hiking in the area. We also liked the indoor pool, the sauna, and especially the breakfast. We loved the all day coffee, tea and chocolate drink display at customer's convenience. Washing Maschine and dryer for 2$/load was great! We could get our stuff after a week travel clean again!

The plastic cutlery and paper plates for the breakfast lowering the level and the pleasure of the delicious food and drinks offered.

The location was great, the room was exactly as advertised, and the desk staff was very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We switched rooms and were able to check in to the new room well in advance of the check in time. And the desk kept giving me coffee pods :)

Nothing to dislike really. The hotel was great and exactly as promised. What else do you really need when your expectations are met? The town itself has basic dining options..

it is a perfect spot

louder than loud in room air conditioning, it kept me and my husband up all night. I reported this in the morning as we were only there for one night. We were so tired and the air conditioning started to rev up at night with a loud motor sound for about 15 minutes and then it quieted down and it finally became quiet. Then all of a sudden, the motor in the air conditioner started up and the very thing happened. Motor rev up… slow down…quiet.. and growling rev up and the continued repeat!

Literally, every box was ticked, and deservedly so. The rooms were quiet, the beds were divine, the bathrooms were 5-star and the water pressure was fantastic. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a while as well. If I go back to Gananoque, I will absolutely reserve a room at this hotel again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and no issues getting more towels and soap. The breakfast was good with lots of options and no issues with finding a parking spot.

Only one elevator so it got busy but it's only 3 stories so taking the stairs wasn't an issue for us.

Location was ok,I would have preferred being at the water downtown but that’s probably not possible water front is not available, I also prefer a balcony , but putting that aside the hotel is lnew and clean all good it’s what I expected from a modern holiday Inn, price was crazy hi because of the weekend tourist location and poker run was on $325 per night!

We got a suite with a king bed. Room was comfortable and very specious. Saff was very friendly. The location was close to downtown and casino. We loved restaurants in this little town, and also visited Casino. We came to take a Thousand Islands cruise next day.

Liked everything

Very comfortable room, well appointed; comfortable beds with variety of pillows; clean room; plentiful and variety of breakfast options; proximity to town and Thousand Island Cruise port; easy access off the 401.

Location is great. Breakfast was great, room itself as exactly what we wanted and beds were fantastic. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful when asking for towels and toilet paper.

Room was not overly clean when we arrived, especially the washroom and toilet. All looked wiped down but not cleaned. There is a difference especially with covid around.

Really enjoyed our stay. Just for the night but the buffet breakfast was generous and delicious and very clean facility! Pool was nice and even the standard room was spacious.

Mattress was good but could have been more comfortable
