The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom seemed newly renovated, and very clean. The layout of the room was also good, Having the USB plugs on the night table was a definite plus. The property is easily accessible from HWY401. It is also located close to restaurants, and stores such as McDonalds, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart and No Frills grocery. Your vehicle is parked right by the front door of the apartment so there isn't a long way to go with the luggage.

The person at reception was not very welcoming. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles were made by each customer and the waffle machines (2) were slow. This created a long line of people waiting to get waffles done. The boiled eggs were shelled and uncovered. They were also cold and tasted odd.

Could have done a better job at breakfast.Very limited options.Boiled eggs were so cold that it felt like they just came out of fridge.Eating cold eggs was almost impossible.Milk was placed in the fridge which made the coffee/tea cold upon adding.No small plastic milk/cream packs.Glad that they had 2 waffle making machines due to which we could enjoy freshly made waffles.

The beds were comfy. We really liked the bed stand between the 2 beds as they had 2 outlets and 2 usb outlets. Plus there were plenty of plugins around the room which is very convenient considering other places we stayed where they were few and far between. Breakfast was good. They have 2 waffle makers (please read the sign that says spray with Pam or the waffle will stick making it unusable for others to use). They also have boiled eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, bananas, coffee, tea, juice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would likely stay there again!

For some reason, the hot water tap in the bathroom sink was hotter than normal. Easy enough to adjust when running the cold more, but it was a surprise when I first used it. Someone could really burn themselves if they're not careful. The shower worked fine. The wifi was mostly good. It would go off from time to time but not for long. The bathroom door was squeaky making it hard to be quiet when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I lifted it up when opening & closing the door to lessen the squeak. The only other suggestion would be to have a lower light option for the bathroom. It's really bright which I don't like when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. I'll try to remember to bring a night light next time.

The rooms have seen better days but were clean. King bed was comfortable. The bathroom has been re-furbished lately and was complete with walk-in shower Very nice. There is a continental breakfast available and all good. The breakfast room is large so can handle everyone.

Bathroom floors have been updated. Its time to extend this and finish the whole room. There was a chair outside but needed 2 chairs as most folks are travelling as a couple.

Rooms had been mostly renovated. Hotel was conveniently located close to the highway and walking distance to downtown. Overall it was a decent hotel given the lower price.

Although renovated there were still some areas in need of attention, like doors, walls and baseboards which were not as clean as they could be. Breakfast was very basic and lacked healthy options (like most North American hotels), but this was to be expected due to the lower price point.

The rooms with a cottage lool alike were really nice. The place is clean and neat with sufficient amenities. Parking is on premises for free, and you literally get to park your car in front of your room. Location is nearby No-Frills, Shoppers and Canadian Tire, also surrounded by restaurants (Wild Wings is across the street). Still, the area is very quiet and enjoyable.

Breakfast is at the bear minimum need, but it will keep you going.

It was a great room for one night stay, very simple, bed, washroom, tv and fridge. We were right across the pool which was a 2 second walk and we could park in front of our room which was convenient. Continental breakfast served in the morning and restaurants across and up the street. Staff was friendly to check in, I did enjoy the check email so all I had to do was show my ID and grab my card when we showed up.

Bed was a little firm for us

Privacy was great. It has spacious green all over the property. Liked that I can sit outside the cottage and relax. Ground level was great for easy access with luggage. Location was perfect. Outside swimming pool was big and never crowded; very clean. Staff is awesome; very helpfull and friendly which makes you feel welcome. Very professional mannerisms.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the shower despite being renovated lacks a spout or a handshower as these are usefull for rinsing off your swimsuit or washing your hair without taking another shower. Being a woman these are usefull esp. If you have kids as well.

The bed was super comfy, good bedding, awesome pillows. Seemed the be soundproof. Room was clean. Linens and towels were clean. Had a/c. Front staff was very nice. If you can eat gluten the free breakfast is a bit better than a standard continental, has a make it yourself waffle station which would’ve been cool if I could eat them. Because it’s motel style you can sit outside of your room which is cool for ppl who want to get some sun or get some fresh air.

The photos and write up kind of made it seem like it was a lot more…that being said it was still totally fine. It’s motel style…so lots of rows of rooms, likely fifties built renovated in the late 90s im guessing. Could definitely use a bit of love. The pool is right off the side of the highway though which seemed like kind of a weird location for it, not very private. There is a free breakfast but if you’re gluten free it’s not stuff you can eat. It had a nice vibe though to be honest so as long as you know what it’s like then it’s good.

Room very comfortable and very clean. Room was very near the main road but it was quiet. Continental breakfast was great. Waffle mix excellent and gave crispy results. Orange juice was cold and actually tasted great. Other breakfast items were very good too. Staff was very friendly and stayed on top of everything especially looking after the breakfast area as we can be a bit sloppy. Big clean pool with lots of lounge chairs. Each unit had an Adirondack chair sitting outside and many neighbours would sit outside and enjoy the afternoon, evening and next mornings. I would definitely book again.

Had a few ants (not unusual at this time of year) which I reported to the front desk. They were interested and said that they would go in immediately and try to remediate. No big problem.
