I stayed 10 years back at same hotel with family it was great that’s why I came back when I asked HOTEL MANAGER to chk available for 20 days for two rooms he asked me to chk on line with no intention to help when I checked out I asked to leave my bags for two hours the ladies at reception agreed later on the same manger came and spoke to me in very rude way and ego this is not acceptable and professional way to speak to regular customer with Hilton and it never happened to me before since I am regular customer and member I want to report this case and I need someone from top management to call me since this is a bad reputation and bad image for Hilton

The only thing I didn’t like was that cleaning room service was not automatically included. You need to ask the front desk the day before if you want it.

The location is great, very close to Highway 401 Hurontario Exit and it was easy to find parking. The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was ok, need more options and hot items. We had a bagel but no jam, peanut butter cream cheese or butter was offered so it was very dry. The pillows were too soft for me so getting comfortable to sleep took some getting used to.

Pet fee a little high for a the time spent, and cleanness of our dog. But she is worth every penny.

Comfortable bed. Room. Was good temperature for sleeping.
No Restaurant or Bar. Not sure why. Other hotels have their restaurants open. Restaurants are open. Why not hotel restaurants. Not many restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
