Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly. I like that the breakfast is buffet, the restaurant was really nice and clean. I noticed that the staff were all friendly and always smiling, they greet you all the time. It is also nice to come back to a clean and organized room with clean towels everyday. The hotel is a bit far from Downtown Toronto but I knew that when I booked it and the friendly staff plus the overall cleanliness of the hotel made our stay really enjoyable.

The breakfast is a little repetitive and not much variety. But I honestly can't complain, my family still loved it :)

Breakfast was exceptional! We also ordered our supper to eat in our very comfortable room Ater we got back from a day at the Trillium Mississauga for my wifes serious spinal surgery. The staff knew about my wife and would inquire about her progress every day. This hotel is so great, I will recommend it to all our friends! The only thing that would come in handy for myself and my daughters would be a small microwave to reheat coffees etc. SUPERB, SUPERB hotel expierence! My daughters and I also used the pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will close in saying that my wife was so happy with the things we could tell her about the hotel.

The only thing missing was the microwave. But it was something for future residents of your fine hotel. We enjoyed everything we could away from the hospital.

The location was fine, and we found a fantastic restaurant with an Asian-style buffet for dinner. The windows are pretty good as the planes passing can hardly be heard. Check-in was super fast and easy, and the hotel was also good about accepting our suitcases being delivered in the middle of the second night.

The area to deposit used plates and cutlery was a big mess on the first day. So that would need to be cleared more often, especially when there are many guests. As a lactose-intolerant person, I was missing indications and knowledgeable people on what I could eat. I was also missing coffein-free coffee and coffein-free tea. One day I found a single peppermint tea bag, and that was all.

Overall experience were excellent. Supportive staff. Silent area. Silent room with no disturbances. Good net connectivity. Business support facilities are also excellent, which helped me to work in the early hours of the day, by using the dedicated business support area located near to the reception. This helped me to effectively perform my UAE office works, despite the fact that I was on a different time zone.

Much more privacy to the Business support facilities located near the reception, is highly recommended.

The room was roomy with a couch, and the breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options. There was a laundry room which was free to use - great for families with young children.

The air conditioning was extremely noisy and would start up intermittently, disrupting sleep.

Clean, comfortable and modern facility. The breakfast was delicious and has quite the variety of foods to accommodate a picky eater! The front desk staff has great customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and quick to assist to book a cab to union station early in the AM when our Uber ride did not show up. He truly went above and beyond our expectations and made our trip memorable. We will for sure return on our next visit to TO!

The front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff were all amazing. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The food was good and Girlie the banquet supervisor was always checking to make sure all the guests were satisfied with the food. The F&B manager Sam cane and checked on us as well. Paul the GM introduced himself and wanted to know if everything was good. He was very friendly and professional.

We didn't like the handicap accessible shower because it was sloping away from the floor and all the water was going to towards the bedroom wetting the carpet.

I liked that we were able to do our laundry for free.. we bought our own laundry detergent n was able to use the washer and dryer for free. Staff was very friendly. Wifi was free n good. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy. AC worked great. Having gym access 24/7 💪 was appreciated. Pool was nice and warm.

They missed cleaning our room one day. Was not nice coming home to a messy room after a tiring day out. Housekeeping mistook our dirty laundry for garbage and threw out our clothes..so we lost money there..that was a bit disappointing.

Hotel close to the airport about 15 minutes drive. Located in an industrial area. In the area of ​​the hotel there is a very large supermarket and a number of different restaurants. The new hotel is very clean and well equipped with a gym and pool. Lobby dining room with good breakfast. The room has 2 large beds and a sofa bed. The staff is very kind and pleasant. The room is not big but comfortable enough for 5 people. Within a short 10 minute walk there is a nice little park with lake to walk. In addition within a 15 minute walk there is a large outlet.
