The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location is great for my needs. I also like the included breakfast. The beds are always comfortable, and the staff are good to great.

My main complaint after many stays at this property is the electrical outlets in the rooms. Most of the outlets in the various rooms we’ve stayed in here over the past 5 years have been “loose.” Sometimes to the point that they don’t work at all, or at best work only if you position your plug in just such a way that it connects in the loose outlet. This is very problematic, especially near the bed where there are very few outlets to begin with. And it seems the worst with the outlets located at the base of the lamps. It really makes this property undesirable.

Super clean, and newer facility. Awesome pool. The amenities with arcade. Spacious to keep children busy. Dining area was good, management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use a few more choices, but works. Absolutely loved and appreciates the comfort. Many thanks to the management.

Because of the pool and local major atteaction of Niagara Falls - most fun activities involved lots of wet clothes, towels. With large groups, use of dryer with so many clothes were necessary. Having 2 more washer dryer would make it really helpful not to look for local laundromat in vacation.

The staff was awesome!! Ms Sara at the front desk always greeted us with a smile, and was so kind and helpful with our rambunctious 5 year old. Mr Jamal in housekeeping had the best disposition and even let my sons help him with taking care of our dirty linens. He always went out of his way to help our family feel comfortable. Ms Taresa and the other breakfast hostess (so sorry I didn't catch her name) kept everything fresh and stocked at the delicious and robust breakfast they offered every morning. Great experience! We will be back.

It would have been awesome if there was a bathroom in or very near the pool. With little kids, every time we got out of the pool, we either had to sprint to the room for a potty break, or all the way down the hall to the front bathroom...but I was really worried that someone might walk in, not expecting the floor to be wet, then fall and get hurt because of us. It seems like a small bathroom in the pool area, or just next to it, with non-slip flooring would be much safer and more convenient for folks who swim with little kids.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable, there wasn’t much of a view. but it was very nice. breakfast was on point, every morning. The staff was very nice, from checking in to housekeeping and also the breakfast staff. Overall my stay was comfortable.

just a few things to brush up on. I did left the tag on the door for my room to be clean. however when I returned, clean towels, soap, bin emptied etc but the beds was not made. when I phoned the front desk, the answer was a bit shocking. I was told that the room couldn’t be clean, because they were short staff and no rooms was clean that day. the sink in the bathroom was taking a very long time to run out. a bit annoying but we manage it.

Love the classic arcade, though we wished some of the machines were in better working condition. But we did get our quarters back so no real complaints that ruined the experience. The staff were very considerate and helpful. I even want to give a shout out to Juan who made sure my fiance got her expensive jacket that she accidentally left in the room. Not only that but he provided great service when we needed it as we were leaving.

It would be good to have more vegan options, bagels are what we usually see but there wasn't any available, at least for that morning. We don't really expect it either and are used to not seeing vegan options available but it would be a nice surprise for a change. There was, however, some apples and bananas so we weren't entirely starving.

It was the most clean, affordable, and comfortable option that we could find at the last minute. We stayed for the weekend but only ate the breakfast once - the standard BW scrambled eggs and waffle maker style breakfast.

The pool may have been "heated" but it was basically in a pole building so when it was 23 degrees outside, the pool area was the coldest I've ever been while inside at a pool.. Rooms were very dimly lit. The website said 'close to the falls' but its about 15 minutes away. Less classy than the Best Western on the Canadian side of the falls but it was livable for a weekend.

Room was clean and modern . All employees were courteous and helpful. Felt very safe at this property . Plenty of free parking . Complimentary coffee and juice was a plus and throughly enjoyed by my family .

Breakfast was very good , but you need variety . We stayed 3 days and it was the same food everyday . Since we were on the 2nd floor , we used the steps often , but there needs to be better lighting in the stairwell . The lighting over the sink could be brighter also .

Breakfast was nice the clean up staff were prompt and very polite. Sasuage, eggs, waffle machine, fruit, yogurt, toast hot and cold cereal. Room was clean and spacious. The staff are always very nice and accommodating Little arcade for the kids. For where we travel in Niagara falls the location is perfect!

Our room was shower only. The bathroom floor was wet and used most of our towels as a result shower curtain was not long enough. A reoccurring issue as lots of rust around the metal door frame. The outlets in the room were not working well. Only 1 was working from the several that have been available. The pool around the perimeters, the rock/ gravel coating was really coming apart. We could not find a change room.

This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and everything went as expected! Friendly staff, clean and comfy room&bed, and excellent water pressure which makes for a great shower. Breakfast was grab and go(muffins, yogurt, fruit and delicious coffee). This hotel is not in the heart of the city, but still within 10-15 minutes of the city and all the Niagara Falls attractions. Also, tons of restaurants and shopping outlets near by- all within 15 minutes of the hotel! Thank you to the staff for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls!

Not a huge deal, but the Plumbing needs to be looked at. Water in the bathroom sink takes a little bit to go down the drain.
