Great central location near the Falls, restaurants and attractions. On-site pool and other facilities are convenient. The room was clean and well presented as always - have stayed here several times.

The hotel itself is great, but the guests in the room next to us were very loud and woke my entire family up multiple times during the last night of our stay even after the front desk was contacted and spoke to them. It wasn’t pleasant having to listen to them shouting after 1AM or their “bedtime activities”, especially with our child present.

Perfect location: steps to major attractions: Clifton Hill, SkyWheel, Skylon Tower, Birds Kingdom, Waterpark, In-The-Mist boat tour. Fireworks were visible every day from the balcony. A proper cafe for breakfasts and more is right in the next building (Denny's). Great swimming pool spanning indoor and outdoor areas with a hot bath and a water slide for kids. Attention to detail by the management company: misting showerhead, magnets embedded into the shower curtain, drying clothesline available etc.

It was hard to sleep when the window was open - bikers liked riding nearby. Sauna did not work during our stay. Mosquitto net was absent in our window.

Perfect 3 Star hotel in an excellent location. The staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful with advice and local area information. I would stay here again with my family for sure. Great value for the money.

The room had a light musty smell but probably since we had a 1st floor room that had unopenable windows. 1st floor rooms are cheaper so this is not a complaint but rather some additional info for those booking 1st floor rooms. That being said, I was perfectly happy with the room and the value was fantastic for this region of Niagara Falls, especially considering that people probably won't be spending much time in the room with so much to do in the area and everything open around there until after midnight.

Had a very nice stay... nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool option.. pool was clean.. fitness room was nice and clean.. room was clean lots of space and bed was comfy.. hotel was like a 5min walk to Clifton hill which was very nice. Has lots of food options with restaurants conveniently around... i wouldnt recommended buying pizza at the Pizza hut location attached to the hotel as it was $25.99 for a medium pepperoni 😳... walk the 5mins to pizza or the food court down by Hersheys for cheaper pizza options.. i Would definitely stay at this hotel again. My son and I had a great time 😀

The location was perfect, minutes away from Clifton hill and all main attractions. The room was a decent size. Check in was quick and the hotel had all the amenities you need with the added benefit of an indoor and outdoor pool, washing/drying facilities and vending machines with ice, soft drinks and snacks. All in all, this hotel had everything you needed and for the price, we think it was well worth it.

We stayed for 6 days, housekeeping will NOT clean your room unless you stay over 3 days then phone to request your room to be made up. We asked on night 2 for ours to be done the following day, however after requesting it to be done by 3 different staff members, it wasn’t done till day 5! The girl on reception said she would be informing the manager, I’m not convinced this was done. The pool has rules about no under 16’s in the hot tub, no boisterous behaviour, this was not monitored and a few other guests left because of an unruly family of 7. The hotel advertises that their is food outlets in the hotel however these only opened on our last night.

Good value for the money. Kids enjoyed the pool set up. Great location - walking distance to all attractions

Can tell its an older hotel....overall cleanliness was decent but large stains in hallway carpets and pool area could have been cleaner. (Although was getting a lot of use)

The hotel is located in a perfect area, with a short walk you will get to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Room and bathroom is clean with good hot shower. Beds are comfortable. Pool was clean with both inside and outside options and clean towels ready to use. The hot tub was a good plus. The overall value for money is acceptable and I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool's water was cold and not so enjoyable, I could barely enter the pool. On the third day of our stay, the coffee machine was removed from the lobby. Carpet is not new and seems to be dirty in some places.

The pool was very nice for kids. Deep enough to swim, but not over their heads.

Cleanliness was fine when we arrived, but we stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping. So the 4 of us had the same 4 towels for 4 days. The towels were perpetually wet after the first use. Nothing dried in the bathroom or room. We ran out of shampoo and soap; there were no replacements. The wastebaskets never got emptied. The parking ($20/night) was very tight. Hard to find a spot at times, and the spots were very narrow.

The beds were really comfy with lots of choice for pillows. The décor was very new and different but very nice, there was a chair that looked really uncomfortable but was surprisingly very comfy. The floor was quiet and we rarely heard other people in the halls.

To be honest the staff didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. Seemed to me that I disturbed them when I was checking out no " how was your stay" or "thank you for staying with us" just do you want a receipt thank you. Customer service these days has gone away and its the little thing as this that can win a customer back.
